Cmplete the Schl Night fr Scuting Pack Inf Sheet; give t Presenter befre Schl Night. Annunce Parent Orientatin (date, site, time) t all present. All new leaders shuld attend. This Orientatin is t take place (1) ne week after the schl night. Use a Fast Start vide/nline training. Make sure yu have a Pack calendar t give t the new families. 6 page Pack Prm Supplies Give each Pack the fllwing items: One stack f the Parent s Guide t Cub Scuting brchures (40) t be handed ut at Meet the Teach, Schl Open Huse, and distributed at church. 3 psters (each set f 3 is rlled up int ne set, give ne rlled up set t each Pack) On each pster, Packs shuld fill in their Schl Night inf, including a cntact persn and phne number r . Psters need t be placed where families frequent; restaurants, supermarkets, churches, cmmunity centers 2 yard signs & 2 wire stands these are nt brken dwn int stacks. Yu can break them dwn as yu distribute them at RT. As a reminder, each schl night crate will have additinal parent guides, s make sure the Packs use what yu give them at the July RT prir t their Schl Night. All items given t the Packs at the July RT are meant t be used three t fur weeks befre their Schl Night as prmtinal items. This means they need t start placing them ut in their cmmunity nt later than three weeks befre their schl night. We wuld like t cllect all the yard signs after the Pack cmpletes their Schl Night. Please crdinate this. Althugh we are nt giving them any materials fr the Scial Netwrking part, it is crucial fr Packs t use Scial Netwrking t get the wrd ut abut their Schl Night. Every family in the Pack shuld be inviting their Scial Netwrking friends t jin their Pack. Once a Pack gets their supplies, check them ff yur DTR. Fllw up with Packs that d nt pick up their supplies.
