Trade Stall f 3 x 2 size will be available in 4 categries depending n the lcatin f the stall Prime + Crner Prime Crner Nrmal 2. Adequate mving space will be prvided arund the stalls. 3. The security, cleaning, climatisatin and prvisin f water will be arranged by the LOC. 4. The fllwing facilities will be prvided in each stall. Wden r plywd partitins. One 15 Amp. electric pint Tw chairs. One table f standard size with table clth. A name plate with 4 acrylic letters fr each stall fr unifrmity sake. Free electricity fr basic needs. Additinal pwer will be chargeable subject t availability. 5. General Terms & Cnditins: A maximum f 3 (Three) adjacent stalls can be alltted t ne cmpany in small trade categry n payment f the entire amunt. Any kind f alteratin f the stall area r any fabricatin therein is nt permitted except remval f partitins in case f adjacent stalls. In case traders carry ut fabricatin in the TRADE STALL after alltment it will be cnsidered vilatin f the instructin. In case cmpany / traders desire t carry ut fabricatin in the trade stall, permissin is required and ttal stall charges payable will be stall charges as indicated abve plus an additinal charges f Rs. 50,000/- per stall + theren r as fixed / changed by the Gvt. f India. If permissin is taken during the Cnference an additinal Rs. 1,00,000/- per stall + Gvt Taxes, in additin t the stall charges already paid, failing which the alltment will be ips-fact cancelled with n refund

4 Any request frm any firm fr alltment f stalls bked by them adjacent t any ther particular firm will nt be cnsidered. All effrts will be made t stick t the trade exhibitin plan f the stalls but rganizers reserve the right t change the lcatins f the stall fr better functining. In such eventuality if the stalls are nt bked n ne cmpany s name they may get segregated. Hwever, in such eventuality n cancellatin charges will be levied if bking is cancelled by the traders. Organizers are nt respnsible fr any damage t the equipment(s) due t electricity fluctuatin r any ther unfreseen factrs. Request fr anther cmpany s stall t be adjacent may r may nt be entertained. It will be purely at the discretin f rganizers Additinal Stall: In case any firm wh has already bked the stalls is subsequently desirus f having any additinal stall(s) the rates fr the additinal stalls will be thse as prevalent at the time when the additinal stalls are bked and nt at the rates at which the stalls were initially bked by the firm. Each cmpany will be entitled t nly ne registratin kit irrespective f the number f stalls bked. Each stall hlder will, hwever, be entitled t tw lunch cupns fr every day f the cnference. N trade participant wh has enrlled fr trade exhibitin with AIOS, will be allwed t cnduct any prmtinal r sales activity utside fficial premises (within 50 km radius f AIOS cnference site) during the cnference r 2 days befre and after the cnference, withut prir permissin (which may be granted in special situatin like alumni meet which is a regular event) Participant in exhibitin during AIOC will nt cnduct any activities detrimental t the trade exhibitin r cnference. In such case they will be debarred with immediate effect frm exhibitin & n depsit r mney paid will be refunded In case any traders take any bking in any exhibitin ther than that f AIOS the amunt depsited with the AIOS will nt be refunded Recgnitin f Best Stalls: The stall adjudged t be the best during the exhibitin will be awarded a trphy by the AIOS. In the categry f smaller trade stalls the 3 stalls adjudged t be the best will be awarded Certificate f Merit 11. Cancellatin f Stalls The amunt f stall charges nce depsited will nt be transferred twards spnsrship in any case.
