3 General Rules: Participants are requested t read all rules gverning this shw. Fr English classes, the Saskatchewan Hrse Federatin rules will apply and fr Western classes, the WSDAC rules will apply. This event requires prf f negative Cggin's within 180 days f event. Negative Cggin's dcumentatin must be prvided with yur shw entry frm. Entries will nt be prcessed until this dcument is received. All riders MUST wear an apprved ASTM r SEI apprved helmet at all times while munted n shw grunds as required by the Saskatchewan Hrse Federatin. Shw Rules: All riders must be current members f the Saskatchewan Hrse Federatin. Numbers must be wrn by all hrses when nt stabled. This includes hand-walking while n prperty, lunging, warm-ups, and while in the cmpetitin ring. Riders must prvide their wn numbers. Schling is permitted in designated areas nly. Lunging is permitted in designated areas nly. Hrse/rider cmbinatins are restricted t cmpetitin at 2 cnsecutive levels. Each hrse is restricted t a maximum f 4 tests per day, regardless f rider. All classes are being run as pen with n age designatins. Ride times will be assigned and published n the Saskatn Dressage Club FaceBk page and website nce finalized. It is the respnsibility f riders t present themselves at the in-gate prmptly at their assigned ride times. Riders wh d nt arrive n time will be eliminated frm the class and frfeit their entry fees. Abuse r inhumane treatment f hrses, as well as unsprtsmanlike cnduct will nt be tlerated. Shw management reserves the right t excuse thse wh are witnessed t cmmit such ffenses. The judge may nt be directly apprached. Any issues shall be taken t the shw cmmittee. Readers will nt be prvided. Riders must arrange their wn reader. Weekend stalls will be available fr ccupatin at 11:00 am Friday June 15th. Stall assignments will be psted. There is t be n stall mving r swapping permitted unless prir permissin is granted by the shw ffice. Shavings are available fr pre-purchase fr 8.00/bale. Shavings are the nly permitted bedding t be used. Dgs must be leashed at all times and are NOT permitted in the cncessin area. Dn't frget t have fun! Cheques payable t the Saskatn Dressage Club. 2. Time slts can be purchased by individuals r by a grup. All hrse/riders must be entered in the cmpetitin t be eligible fr a warm up time. 3. Saskatn Dressage Club will nt be respnsible fr gruping peple tgether t share the ring and will nt enfrce time slts. Please manage yur time accrdingly and ensure yu exit the ring upn the cnclusin f yur bking. 4. Each hrse rider is restricted t bk nly 1 time slt. Riders may nly bk multiple times if different hrses are being ridden. 5. All warm up requests will be scheduled n a first cme first served basis. 6. All riders must be current members f the Saskatchewan Hrse Federatin. 7. Riders will be ntified f the warm up schedule June 9th via Prfessinal etiquette must be maintained by all riders, trainers, wners, and parents at all times. 9.
