4 Abram Hall Riding Club Rules The Organisers will nt hld themselves respnsible fr any accidents, lss r damage t cmpetitrs, spectatrs, animals, vehicles r prperty fr any reasn whatsever. Any cmpetitr wishing t make a cmplaint must d s in writing n the day accmpanied by a administratin fee. The cmplaint will then be brught befre the rganisers befre the next shw. If the cmplaint is accepted the will be refunded and the issue reslved. Hwever, entry fees will nt be refunded under any circumstance. Excessive use f whips is frbidden. Whips must be f regulatin length. Cmpetitrs must be crrectly dressed and riding hats must be wrn at all times when munted. Gallping is frbidden n the premises. The decisin f the judge in all classes n the day is final nce the judge has signed the sheet. In shw jumping classes, shw jackets must be wrn in the ring unless it is exceptinally ht/cld Jackets must be fastened, with bdy prtectrs OVER the jacket if wrn. N flapping ties! Any bjectins t pints awarded must be made befre the end f the fllwing shw. The pints will be displayed by the 3rd shw f the seasn, s there is plenty f time fr errrs t be crrected. Any rider, spectatr r handler thught t be excessively r unnecessarily abusing judges, stewards r rganisers f events will be escrted ff the premises. Cruelty r mistreatment f animals will nt be tlerated; this includes leaving dgs in cars n a ht day. All dgs must be n leads at all times. Please park where directed. Smetimes it will nt be pssible t tie up t the side f yur bx. Children must be supervised by an adult and nt allwed t play arund farm machinery r climb trees etc. The name f the hrse r pny must be kept the same fr the entire seasn. If the name f the animal changes, a new set f pints will be started. In rder t qualify fr the chance t win a trphy at the end f the seasn, a cmpetitr must have cmpeted in the apprpriate class n at least 4 ccasins. In the event f a clash, it is the cmpetitrs respnsibility t decide the class in which t cmpete. Stallins will nly be permitted if well behaved and with an adult handler (ver 16yrs) The judge has the right t disqualify unruly animals. The rganisers and Judges reserve the right t refuse entry in the event f unsundness such as lameness, cughing, etc... All Judges are selected by the rganisers fr their experience and prfessinalism, The decisins they make shuld therefre be respected.
