5 2.0 Safety Checklist This Unit is a pressurized system. Only trained peratrs shuld adjust, maintain and repair this equipment. Inbund pressure shuld never exceed 8bar (115psi) regardless f mdel. T prevent electrstatic buildup and pssible electric discharge, the unit must be prperly grunded / bnded. Operatrs and peple in prximity t blasting shuld always wear eye and hearing prtectin with the apprpriate respiratry equipment and clthing, which may depend n the type f cating r cntaminant being remved. All pneumatic lines shuld be inspected fr hles, wear and prper fit. Safety pins and restraints shuld be fitted at all Supply Air Hse cuplings t prevent accidental discnnectin. Verify the unit is stable, secure and n a flat surface. Befre all activities (ther than nrmal peratin), ensure the entire system is depressurized. Never perfrm maintenance r repairs when the unit is pressurized. Never perate the machine with any wrn r malfunctining cmpnent. D nt mve/transprt with Spnge Media in unit r when Frame is fully assembled. Mving unit while fully laded r when Frame extends the Cyclne Hpper abve 1.88m (74in) may result in prperty damage r serius injury. 4.0 Requirements 4.1 Air Supply/Cmpressr Clean, dry cmpressed air must be supplied.

The air supply hse shuld be fitted with a mating cnnectr r replace bth cnnectrs as desired. Cnnect a minimum 32mm (1.25in) supply hse t Supply Line Cnnectin. 14 6.0 Trubleshting Unit wn't turn n Unit wn't vacuum Ensure air supply is maintaining an average f 7bar(100psi). Nte: pressures higher than recmmended can reduce vacuum perfrmance. Check fr bstructins in Vacuum Hse and remve. Check filter: 1. Remve excessive dust r debris 2. Inspect fr physical damage 3. Inspect fr misture damage Replace if necessary Reduced Vacuum Pressure; Vacuum Pressure is weak Check Differential Pressure gauge des nt read abve 0.2Bar.
