A handle insalled a he nozzle connecs pneumaically o inle and oule valves on he blas machine. Wih he safey pecock on he inle valve closed, he operaor depresses he handle which opens he inle valve and closes he oule o sar blasing; releasing he handle reverses he process and blasing sops. This safey sysem sops blasing should he operaor lose conrol of he nozzle. And when he blas session is over, he safey pecock is opened o preven acivaion, even when he handle is depressed. Conrol Panel The Clemco EAC 100/00 (AC elecrics) and EDC 100/00 (DC elecrics) pressure-release elecric remoe conrol sysems are available for exremely cold weaher applicaions or where a coninuous lengh of 100 fee or more of blas hose is used. An elecric swich sends a signal hrough elecric cord o open and close he inle and oule valves, avoiding he delay ha would be experienced wih air hose. Elecric sysems feaure an ani-freeze injecor accessory, which is opional on pneumaic sysems. Elecric remoes operae on a compressor s 12-vol sysem or 120-vol line power. Only 12-vol power reaches he handle for he safey of he operaor. The diaphragm oule valve is an opion wih he EAC/EDC remoes and is recommended for aggressive or finemesh abrasive applicaions.

This design feaure eliminaes urbulence, minimizes wear on fiings, and ensures smooh, consisen flow. Media Media & Air Air The MQV handles all ypes of media; minerals, slags, and meallic. Is design allows for precise meering and easy mainenance. The Quanum fis machines from 2-cubic fee o 20-cubic fee capaciy.
