5 Homeowner/ Non Profi No Mach Required Mus spend $5,000 o recei $5000 Program Guidelines This program is reimbursemen based meaning you mus pay for services or maerials and hen recei reimbursemen for approd expenses from he Ciy of Bowling Green. All applicaions will be considered. All impromens mus be exerior impromens, no inerior impromens will be reimbursed. The applicaions will be approd according o qualificaions & reviewed in he order hey are receid. Purchases made prior o applicaion approval will no be considered for funding. Eligible and approd purchases can no be made unil he applican receis an approval leer from he Ciy of Bowling Green saing hey are approd and auhorized o proceed. Iems will only be acceped if hey ha proof of paymen (receip or invoice and cancelled check) unless wrien approval is provided by he Ciy of Bowling Green. Homeowner applicans ha are income eligible can reques o ha he reimbursemen requiremens waid. Applican mus be curren on axes or fines/fees wih he Ciy before any reimbursemen can made. Applicaions will approd as long as funds are available. The propery mus be in census block group (see aached map). All funding lels, guidelines and cos mach raios are subjec o change. All work mus be compleed by a conracor licensed by he Ciy of Bowling Green and he Conracor's Licensing Board. The applican can perform he work hemsels bu no funds will be provided for labor. The applican mus own he requesed propery or be a commercial enan and provide wrien approval of he propery owner. All applicans mus be legal residens of he Unied aes. The Ciy of Bowling Green resers he righ o perform inspecions of he work a he propery. The Ciy of Bowling Green resers he righ o decline any applicaion. One applicaion per propery. Maximum amoun o be receid is $5,000 per propery. Applican can make impromens o muliple properies, if hey own each propery.
