PRINIPLE OF OPERTION: The principle used is that of communicating vessels: the liquid goes through the level gauge by means of hollow screws, showing the user the exact point inside the tank. OPTIONS: - / distance 76, 27, 254 mm interchangeable with almost every level visual marketing - ody Transparent polyamide based TR 55 LX (Grilamid TM ) or polycarbonate. TEHNIL DVNTGES: - onstant and continuous indication of the level of the liquid - Minimum thickness 4 mm: this means that the level does not need protection - Total visibility, both front and side - The special welding allows a perfect fusion, creating a block with high mechanical properties. 5 TL/T-TL/P HRTERISTIS OF LEVEL GUGE WITH THERMOSTT / PT 00 TL/TE-TL/PE HRTERISTIS OF ELETRI LEVEL GUGE WITH THERMOSTT / PT 00 In addition to the electric level gauge, the Top Level can provide temperature signalling by means of a PT 00 ( ) or the insertion of a preset thermostat. To facilitate the passage of heat, from the tank through the hollow screw to the thermostat / PT 00, a metal plate is inserted inside the level gauge to conduct the heat of the liquid faster and with less dissipation. In addition to the already mentioned qualities of the TOP LEVEL, there is also the possibility of having a minimum electric signal together with the temperature signal of a thermostat or a PT 00, all in a single level gauge, and on a single connector. Our levels are suitable for: - Hydraulic power packs - Tanks containing water, diesel oil, mineral oils with viscosity not higher than 220 cst and all other liquid to the exclusion of acids or substances which are flammable. OPERTION: The principle used is that of communicating vessels: the liquid goes through the level gauge by means of hollow screws, showing the user the exact point inside the tank. POSSIILITY: Through a full range of components, our levels can meet more special needs, with a low cost. - The bodies can be in nylon fiberglass reinforced or in anodized aluminum or stainless steel ISI The tubes are provided in acrylic or pyrex glass. - The fittings 3/8 GS, normally supplied in nickel-plated brass, can be requested in ISI 36; in the fitting place you can required a tap available in nickel-plated brass or ISI On request all levels can be supplied with a bimetallic thermometer probe (L = 70mm) with body in chrome-plated brass casting of 40 mm diameter probe 0 20 (the thermometer is supplied to the built-fitting locking 3/8 GS). The electromagnetic control can be of minimum or maximum (or minimum and maximum). Our electromagnetic Levels are suitable for: - hydraulic power packs - tanks containing water, gas oil, mineral oils with viscosity not higher than 220 cst and all other liquids except acids or flammable substances.
