The Beirut Boat Show 2018 confirmed its status as one of the most important marine shows in Lebanon and the region, and further boosted Lebanon s reputation as the boating business hub of the region. This was helped by the first-class venue that is Beirut Marina. Blending glamour with entertainment and topnotch networking, the show delivered a superior nautical experience for thousands of local and regional maritime enthusiasts, elite society figures, and lifestyle gurus. It also showcased the finest of luxury cars, watches, accessories, and other high-end products, not to mention water sports gear and equipment that complement the marine theme. With a rich entertainment program featuring live music and special performances, and dedicated lounges, the show provided the perfect relaxed atmosphere for pleasant networking and business talks. 5 Beirut Boat 2018 Luxury. Leisure. Lifestyle Under the High Patronage of His Excellency, the President of the Lebanese Republic, General Michel AOUN, the 11 th edition of Beirut Boat was held from 9 to 13 May 2018 at Beirut Marina (Zaitunay Bay). The show was officially inaugurated by the Minister of Tourism, H.E. Avedis Guidanian, in the presence of VIP delegates and members of the press. The opening ceremony was attended by H.E. Raed Khoury, Minister of Economy, and Mr. Mohamed Choucair, Chairman of the Federattion of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Beirut & Mount Lebanon among other VIP delegates and media representatives. Organized by IFP Group, Beirut Boat, Lebanon s exclusive yachting and luxury show, welcomed 52 exhibitors from 12 countries and lured in 7,000+ visitors from Lebanon and the Levant, over the course of 5 days. The show brought forward cutting-edge boats, yachts and super yachts of world-renowned brands. It also showcased the finest of luxury cars, watches, accessories, and other high-end products, not to mention water sports gear and equipment that complement the marine lifestyle. 6 Beirut Boat show 2018 presented more lifestyle and luxury than ever before, and the new pop- up bars were a focal point of the show. The party program seemed almost endless underscoring Beirut Boat s ability to connect buyers and sellers through social events in sophisticated surroundings.

11 It was an excellent event. Beirut is the Swiss capital of the Middle East, if you want to launch something you should launch it from Beirut. It is a successful show for sure, we hope to be here every year. 12 HIGHLIGHTS PRESS CONFERENCE Beirut Boat, Lebanon s most luxurious event that captures the essence of high living from every angle, was officially launched during a press conference on the 24 th of April 2018 at Le Yacht Club, Beirut Marina. VIP LOUNGE During Beirut Boat Show, special guests were invited to socialize out in the VIP Lounge, sponsored by Benetti; one of the oldest builders of luxury motor yachts in the world and the symbol of iconic Italian design and craftsmanship. Guests experienced great wines and cocktails while enjoying a beautiful sunset. The perfect place to unwind! Water Sports Stunts Seeing is believing but experiencing is so much better. Beirut Boat presented visitors and exhibitors a live gravity defying flyboard show.

13 Gala Dinner Exhibitors and sponsors were invited to enjoy a classy intercontinental cuisine at La Martingale restaurant in Casino Du Liban. Guests mingled over Fois Gras and drinks in a peaceful and melodious ambiance. A modern pianist and talented singer enchanted the night away while guests gently sipped on their drinks with a view over the bay of Jounieh. Feadship Lunch Top VIPs and high-end visitors were treated to an exceptional lunch reception at Le Yacht Club hosted by Feadship, the Royal Dutch Shipyard. VIP TRANSFERS COURTESY OF Mercedes To make sure that VIP guests traveled in style, Beirut Boat Show partnered with Mercedes Benz. As the Show s Official Car Partner, transfers were arranged in a fleet of the company s flagship cars.

14 I m extremely satisfied, it topped every expectation. I have been exhibiting at every boat show and Beirut never disappoints. The show is amazing, we definitely want to participate next year and look forward to being one of the show s partners. 15 Entertainment Shows Beirut Boat s visitors were treated to a unique and engaging experience that included a rich entertainment program featuring live music, and exceptional live performances. Visitors enjoyed mingling at the lounges while listening to some of the best bands and performers in town. Live Radio Show Visitors and listeners stuck in traffic enjoyed the live road show of Tanguy Faucon on Light FM Lebanon LIVE from Beirut Boat The road show included interviews with the event s main sponsors, interesting facts about the history of boats and a competition that engaged listeners from all age groups. POP-UP BARS Hot? Thirsty? The extensive selection of pop-up bars had something for everyone, from cocktails to cold brew coffee. These hot spots were a focal point of the show; a meeting-and-greeting place that nobody could miss.

16 We have been participating in Beirut Boat for the past 15 years and we are very happy this year. The boat show was nice with lots of interesting contacts, and we will participate next year for sure.
