3 INTRODUCTION ASIAPOOLS (JOHOR) SDN BHD is reputed to be the oldest and most established swimming contractor in the state of Johor. In the past 15 years of operation, we have completed many residential, commercial and recreational projects. ASIAPOOLS also takes pride in being one of the first swimming pool company in Johor to build the a Olympic (Specified) and Diving Pool for MaktabTeknik PDRMBakri, Muar,Johor and KomplekSukandanKolamRenangUniversitiTeknologiMalaysia,Skudai, Johor. Both were successfully completed and handed over. We have been working very closely with the PersatuanRenangAmatur Malaysia (ASUM) to ensure all Olympic Swimming Pool and Diving Pool are built and supplied with Equipments are sanctioned by them for any major national and international Aquatic Meets. ASIAPOOLS had been awarded many sub-contracts with the Government of Malaysia in Johor and the Development Iskandar Region, viz all the water Features in the New CIQ Johor Bahru, Swimming Complex for UniversitiTunHussienOnn Malaysia BatuPahat Johor, KompleksAkuatikSukan in Nusajaya for Iskandar Investment Berhad and Nusajaya Club House in Nusajaya, Johor, to name a few. * ASIAPOOLS build concrete pools with steel reinforced concrete placed by pneumatic method, or the traditional box and pour method or prefabricated concrete pools with an imported lightweight structure wall panel integrated with an insitu concrete floor. These systems feature a highly efficient and flexible construction technique for both residential and commercial pools. * ASIAPOOLS takes into consideration of the specific design requirements when designing the pump and filtration equipment to provide the optimum system available, providing our customers with a system which not only performs but also providing many years of carefree operation. * ASIAPOOLS are appointed sole distributor of the equipment installed and therefore, can easily provide spare parts and technical assistance as required. * ASIAPOOLS in association with Mutual Pools of Australia and Waterco of Australia and Malaysia allows us to keep in touch with the latest developments in the pool technology.

ASIAPOOLS (JOHOR) SDN BHD 577 JalanPersisiran Perling 1, Taman Perling, Johor Bahru Tel: Fax: MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE MR.JAMES LAU is the Executive Director {Asiapools (Johor) Sdn Bhd} and he is responsible for the daily operations in Johor. A graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering from UTM in 1970, his working experience includes 13 years with JKR and 6 years as Regional Manager for Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd. He was also involved in general construction (since 1991) under the company Eral Construction Sdn Bhd. MR.PAUL CHONG is the Business Development Director. He holds a BSc(Hons) Degree in Bio-Chemistry and had working experience for more than 10 years.he is responsible for the research and upgrading the design and construction of Swimming Pool, Water treatment and Filtration. He is constantly drawing new ideas and technology into the company. MS.AZI AZHANI YAAKUP is the Asst Project Manager. She holds Bachelors Degree in Industrial Design from the UniversitiTeknologiMalaysia. She has been with the company since year 2005 and has been improving herself from the position of Project Executive to Asst Project Manager. MR.FREDDIE LAU As a Project Manager, he is responsible for the implementation of Project awarded. He holds a Certificate for Building Management and has been with the company since its formation.

Waterco (Far East) Sdn Bhd Until recently, Waterco (Far East) Sdn Bhd had been a partner in Asiapools. They have been associated with us since our formation. They are pioneers in the development of fiber glass and plastic mounding and supplying us with Filters, Pumps, Nozzles, Main Drains and many of the accessories for Swimming Pool and Water Treatment. d. Tridun Engineers (M) Sdn Bhd This associate is one of our major supplier and installer for Swimming Pool Equipment. A specialist on their own in Swimming Pool and Water Treatment, they form part of our team of specialist especially in Johor region. e. Metrotech Technologies Sdn Bhd is our associate for the Supply and Installing of Aquatic Competition Equipment especially those that sanctioned by ASUM f. Aquionics International Sdn Bhd Our major supplier for large fiber glass Sand Filters. Formerly located in Australia, they are now based in Kuala Lumpur.

7 SWIMMING POOL SCOPE OF WORK We specialize in carrying out work under a total package basic of which the Scope of Work is as follows: a. Site Investigation. b. Design the pool, balancing tank structure and ancillary works. c. Design the pool filtration system and plumbing layout. d. Submitting Drawings to all relevant authorities (including SAJ) and obtaining all required approvals when necessary. e. Construction of pool shell including excavation, carting away excess earth, ground preparation, lean concrete, steel work, formwork and concrete work. f. Laying of finishes to pool shell including grating for overflow drain. g. Laying of plumbing reticulation for the pool filtration system including all necessary control valves and fittings. h. Supply and install filtration plant, equipment and pool accessories. i. Installing electrical services for the operation of the pool filtration plant, switchboard, starter and sub-main connection. j. Testing and commissioning of the completed pool. k. Service and Maintenance
