On behalf of the PTA we would like to thank all parents, teachers and family members who have joined the PTA! It is because of you that we are able to continue to provide enriching and memorable experiences for your children. If you have yet to join the PTA, we present to you a challenge: If we can reach 300 members before the fall festival, ALL students at Roosevelt will receive 5 bonus tickets in their fall festival fun pack! You can sign up online using the link below. We need YOU to help us reach our goal! ACE Club ACE club sign ups began Monday, 9/25. Space is limited and classes fill up fast! See the attached flyers for details!

2 Message from the Principal Thank you to everyone who came out for the Community on the Green Event. It was amazing to see the Roosevelt community come together to celebrate. The performances were fantastic, and Ms. Coburn jams on the keyboards. I am looking forward to the Fall Festival next month! I also want to thank everyone (150+) who took the time to get fingerprinted so they can volunteer in the classrooms and drive on trips. This is a community committed to making a difference in the lives of the students. Lastly, you may have noticed that the gates to the front of the school have been closed. We have some younger students who have a tendency to run. As a result, I made the decision to close the gates for the safety of the students. They will remain unlocked but closed. Thank you for your support. David Kumamoto
