Each basket has 6 clr cded rings fr easy visual identificatin during the registratin f disintegratin time. The baskets are magnetically cupled t the arm using permanent magnets which ensure a strng swivel free and easy attachment with crrect rientatin n every enggement. The baskets can be cmpletely dismantled fr thrugh cleaning using a simple knurl screw. A device has been prvided t keep the glass tube safely in place whilst assembling r dismantling. 3 Disintegratin Testers Semi Autmatic Park ut (ED- SAPO) The advanced micrcntrller alng with The PT 100 sensr and a stirrer in the bath ensures unifrm temperature and a cntrl accuracy f within ± 0. C. The temperature can be set in the range f 30 t 40 C. The thin mbile temperature prbes are placed in the beaker t mnitr and validate the beaker temperature and start the test when the set temperature has been reached. The prbes are designed t match the beaker prfile and prevent interference with the basket mvement. A PC keybard interface is prvided fr ease name, prduct name, batch ns., lt ns., media and set parameters. All such data fr up t 10 prducts can be stred and retained t save time. Timer mde Individual test time can be prgrammed fr each basket. The basket can be run fr a set time and it parks ut at the end f the test. In bth mdes f peratin fr better bservatin f the disintegrating tablet the baskets are parked ut f the media, when the test is halted. Registratin Mde In this mde, the disintegratin prcess fr each sample can be bserved and n cmpletin f this prcess the respective clr cded key can be pressed t register the disintegratin time f the crrespnding sample. This registered time is displayed n the instrument panel and the result can be printed ut. On cmpletin f registratin fr all the 6 tablets, the basket will park ut f the beaker. Results Test results fr each basket can be recrded separately. The instrument ensures that parameters like temperature f individual beakers, the bath and strkes per minute are validated nline. A reprt f these parameters can be printed at the end f the test as per cgmp guidelines.
