6 In The News Defective Tabs On Classic Base BAgs Last year Miche Bag Canada distributed a small number of base bags that may have had weak loops. Unfortunately, we never know if there are any issues with stock until months down the road. This means it is possible more than one of your parties may have been affected recently with warranty issues. Quality is important to us; to ensure that quality is always present, we at the corporate level offer a one-year warranty on all of our products. Moving forward, we have made headway by adding more stitching to the tabs of our base bags to ensure that the quality is pre-eminent. We believe that all issues with the base bag have now been resolved and you may continue to sell the Miche with pride. We think it is wonderful that our HPR s are as concerned over the quality of our products as we are. Every day we strive to perfect the Miche brand, so let us worry about the warranty issues and you can concentrate on the sales of this fabulous product. Together we make an excellent team! Everyone had a wonderful time! The agenda consisted of introducing all of the January/ February releases and the new Mini Collection. We also trained the HPR s on creating realistic and clearly defined Miche objectives with monthly targets for the number of demos, demo amount targets, and recruiting targets. Making sure to have clear focuses for the month is an essential component to all forms of business. Talking about and using recruiting tools were a large part of the conference. We wanted to ensure longevity and popularity regarding Miche Bag and of course, increase earning potential commision cheques and make a higher commision percentage on YOUR own sales. The highlight of the conference was the creative component of the conference which involved story telling and role-playing. This gave everyone the chance to earn funny money, which was redeemable on shell purchases and other great prizes!! *Keep a look out for rep conferences coming to your area!

13 Winner s Circle HPR of the Month Christiane Béchard To start off, you could say that I am a bit of a granola. In August of 2009, I was on the lookout to create an ecologic shopping bag, which would be washable, and with different sizes and colors. I tried to find inspiration at the largest fabric store in the province of Quebec, however, I did find anything of interest. Shortly thereafter I met a Lady at a fundraiser-walk who spoke very expressively of a hand bag where the outside could be changed.wooooow.being one that HATES to change purses all the time (which is why that for the past 11 years, I have used the same ONE summer purse and the same ONE winter purse) you could see why from the very moment that I heard about this bag I was fascinated. Immediately after the fundraising event I directed myself to the Costco where they were having the Miche Bag Event. When I saw the lady at the booth, I asked so many questions and she soon directed me to the Quebec office. The following Monday, I spoke to Marie-Claude and decided to become a Home Party Representative. Being close to people and loving to share at Home Party s is perfect for me.i love organizing, planning and keeping a good relationship with my clients. From the beginning, I decided to buy all the shell samples that were available. I wanted my clients to see and touch everything and for them to make informed choices. Since then I have developed my own promotions and incentives for clients to book parties on the spot. Just before Christmas, I started to develop virtual demos. The Miche experience has been very exciting and motivating because it is always changing and improving. The constant work involved in creating my own business is very stimulating. The key is to always being in contact and have good communication with my clients. I take this business seriously and always try to improve the quality of my work, communication and service.
