The host Ntionl Assoition is require to mke opies ville for the prtiipting tems n the tehnil offiils t the pre-tournment riefing meetings. 1.4 The FIH Coe of Conut, Appenix 5, estlishe to rete wreness of n ountility for the promotion of the gme of hokey mongst the prtiipnts of the ompetition will pply t the Ronk Hokey Worl Cup The FIH Imge Rights Poliy will pply t the Ronk Hokey Worl Cup TOURNAMENT OFFICIALS 2.1 The Presient of the FIH (or, in his sene, one or more offiils formlly esignte y him), shll e the FIH Representtive uring the tournment. 2.2 A Tournment Diretor is ppointe y the FIH. The Tournment Diretor hs the full power n uthority of the FIH in reltion to ll mtters onerning the onut of the tournment in orne with these Regultions. 2.3 The Tournment Diretor ppoints the Umpires (inluing the Vieo Umpire), Tehnil Offiers n Juges for eh mth from mong the persons ppointe y the FIH to offiite in the ompetition provie tht: Mth or Vieo Umpires must not e ppointe to mth in whih their ountry is plying (it eing the se tht whenever possile, the sme priniple will pply to ny offiil on uty for mth); n offiil of prtiipting tem is not permitte to e Tehnil Offiil of the tournment. 2.4 The Tournment Diretor ensures tht ll prtiipnts ie y the FIH Coe of Conut (Appenix 5) n, unless the Sttutes of the FIH or ny regultions psse y the FIH in orne with the Sttutes provie otherwise, hs uthority to tke tion in orne with the Coe of Conut, the Sttutes n / or the relevnt regultions (s pplile). 2.5 With the onsent of the FIH Presient, the Tournment Diretor my elegte the exerise of his / her powers n uthorities to Tehnil Offier, in whole or in prt n for suh urtion s the Tournment Diretor eems neessry. 4 3 TEAM ENTRY 3.1 The offiil Tem Entry Form must e forwre y ll prtiipting ountries to oth the FIH n the Orgnising Committee not lter thn 14 ys efore the strt of the tournment. 3.2 All plyers must e ientifie y their respetive plying shirts numere within the rnge 1 32 whih must remin the sme throughout the ompetition. 3.3 The Tem Entry Form must inlue: e f the nmes of up to 18 plyers wishing to tke prt in the tournment ientifie y their respetive plying shirt numers; the nme of the Tem Mnger, not eing the Tem Coh, Assistnt Tem Coh or Tem Meil Dotor; the Stn-in Tem Mnger who will tke over the uties n responsiilities of the Tem Mnger if nominte to e the Tem Mnger for prtiulr mth or if the Tem Mnger is inpitte or suspene; the nme(s) of the Tem Coh, n ny Assistnt Tem Coh, Tem Physiotherpist n Tem Meil Dotor, if present n wishing to e uthorise to sit on the tem enh; etils of the primry n lterntive olours of fiel plyers lothing; eh piee in one set must onsist of t lest 80% single olour n the other set must onsist of olour(s) ompletely ifferent from the ominnt one(s) in the first mentione set for shirt, shorts/skirt/skorts n soks; n etils s to primry n lternte olours of golkeeper s shirts whih must onsist of olours ompletely ifferent from the primry n lternte olours of the fiel plyers shirts. 3.4 The Tem Mnger n Stn-in Tem Mnger nme in the Tem Entry Form nnot e the Tem Mnger n Stn-in Tem Mnger for nother tem t the Ronk Hokey Worl Cup The Orgnising Committee must hn opy of ll entry forms to the Tournment Diretor upon his / her rrivl t the venue. 3.6 Notifition in writing of ny menment to n entry form must e elivere y the Tem Mnger to the Tournment Diretor not lter thn 24 hours prior to the first mth of the tournment or t the pre-tournment riefing meeting, whihever is the lter, provie tht tem my not reple ny plyer who ws nme on the Tem Entry Form n susequently suspene y the Tournment Diretor for reh of the Coe of Conut. No further menments will e epte fter the eline onerne. 3.7 In the event of withrwl of one or more tems, the prtiiption of reserve tems is t the prerogtive of the FIH. 5 4 PRE-TOURNAMENT BRIEFING MEETINGS 4.1 Tem Mngers n Stn-in Tem Mngers must tten the meeting with the Tournment Diretor t time n ple to e speifie. 4.2 Tem Mngers must ring to this meeting or suh other meeting speifie y the Tournment Diretor: smples of the lothing of their fiel plyers n golkeepers (primry n lternte olours) n ll plying equipment for pprovl prior to the ommenement of the ompetition; equipment inlues golkeepers heger, hn protetors, leg gurs n kikers together with ny protetive equipment suh s fe msks n hn protetors worn y fiel plyers; stiks for ll plyers will lso e heke ut the Tournment Diretor my uthorise this to e one t nother time; the pssports of plyers for proof of ientity, ntionlity n (if pplile) ge; no other form of oumenttion (eg ntionl ientity r) is eptle. If tem hs not nominte Tem Meil Dotor, the Tem Physiotherpist or other tem meil person must tten the meeting. 4.4 If irete y the Tournment Diretor, the Tem Coh must tten the meeting with the FIH ppointe Umpires Mnger(s) t time n ple to e speifie. 5 COMPOSITION OF A TEAM 5.1 A mximum of 18 plyers my e use y tem in mth, of whom 2 must e golkeepers wering full protetive equipment. If one of the golkeepers eomes injure or is suspene uring tournment, tht tem n ontinue to use 17 plyers inluing only 1 golkeeper. If tem hooses not to inlue seon golkeeper in the 18 plyers, they re limite to using 16 plyers in mth. If plyer(s) hs een suspene y the Tournment Diretor for one or more mthes then, for those mthes, the numer of plyers the tem onerne my use will e reue y the numer of plyers suspene. 5.2 At time n ple to e gree upon with the Tournment Diretor uring the Pre-Tournment Briefing Meeting, eh Tem Mnger must eliver the pproprite form nominting: the eleven plyers who will e on the fiel of ply t the ommenement of the mth; sujet to regultion 5.1 in reltion to golkeepers, up to seven plyers who will strt on the tem enh (unless one or more plyers hs or hve een suspene for tht mth in whih se the relevnt plyer(s) shoul e inlue on the form ut mrke with n S); Ronk Hokey Worl Cup 2014 My 2014 Pge 4

6 e f g the ptin n golkeeper(s) for the mth; the Tem Mnger for the mth; the Coh on the tem enh for the mth; Physiotherpist (if ny); Meil Dotor (if ny). 5.3 Nomintions n only e me from the plyers n tem offiils whose nmes pper on the Tem Entry Form, exluing ny person who hs een suspene from prtiipting in the mth y the Tournment Diretor. 5.4 A plyer nominte to strt the mth who eomes inpitte uring wrm-up or prtie my e reple y plyer whose nme ppers on the Tem Entry Form. The Tem Mnger must notify the Tehnil Offier on uty oringly, who will inform the Tem Mnger of the opposing tem n the mei. 6 TEAM CLOTHING, EQUIPMENT AND COLOURS 6.1 The Tournment Diretor, t his/her solute isretion, shll speify to the Tem Mngers the lothing to e worn y their fiel plyers n golkeepers for eh mth. 6.2 Any itionl items of lothing worn y plyer uring mth must e the sme olour s the joining piee of lothing. 6.3 When wrming up uring mth, sustitutes must wer is or some other form of lothing in olour ifferent to oth tems. 6.4 Eh fiel plyer s numer must: pper in istintive fille (not outline) figure(s); e not less thn 16 m n not more thn 20 m in height on the k of the plyer's shirt; e not less thn 7 m n not more thn 9 m in height on the front of the plyer's shorts/skirt/skorts t thigh level. 6.5 Eh golkeeper s numer must: pper in istintive fille (not outline) figure(s); e not less thn 16 m n not more thn 20 m in height on the k of the golkeeper s shirt; e not less thn 7 m n not more thn 20 m in height on the front of the golkeeper s shirt. 8 7.3 Time-keeping is ontrolle y the Tehnil Offiils on uty; they re responsile for signlling the en of eh hlf. If mth, however, is prolonge t hlf-time or full-time to llow for the ompletion of penlty orner s speifie in the Rules of Hokey, the Umpires will signl the en of tht hlf. 8 SUBSTITUTION OF PLAYERS 8.1 Sustitution tkes ple s speifie in the Rules of Hokey from the plyers nme in the Tem Entry Form. 8.2 Sustitution tkes ple uner the supervision of Tehnil Offiil on uty. 8.3 After leving the fiel of ply hving een sustitute, plyer must immeitely go to the tem enh. 8.4 Tem Mngers re responsile for the proper pplition of the proeures. 9 ADMISSION TO THE FIELD OF PLAY 9.1 The Coh on the tem enh my not enter the fiel of ply uring plying time uner ny irumstnes ut my o so uring shoot-out ompetition. 9.2 The Tem Mnger, the Physiotherpist n sustitute plyers nominte for tht mth, up to mximum of ten persons, plus the Tem Meil Dotor, if registere, must remin sete on the tem enh uring plying time, inluing time stoppges, unless the Tehnil Offier on uty or Umpire(s) iret otherwise or when implementing the sustitution proeures. The Tem Meil Dotor n Physiotherpist my leve their sets to tret plyers t the en of the tem enh. 9.3 The nominte Tem Mnger is responsile for the onut of ll persons oupying the enh, must e present on the enh uring the mth n oupy the set nerest to the tehnil offiils tle. 9.4 Vol ommunition y tem offiils n/or plyers on the tem enh must not e irete t the tehnil offiils sete t the tle, the Umpires n / or the plyers of the opposing tem. 9.5 If misonut ours fter Tem Mnger hs een wrne out ts of misonut on his / her tem enh, the Tehnil Offier on uty is empowere to orer the person or persons involve to leve the tem enh n remin in the tem hnging room for the rest of the mth. After the mth, the Tehnil Offier will report the irumstnes to the Tournment Diretor who my tke further isiplinry tion. 9.6 No inpity tretment is permitte on the fiel of ply exept for golkeepers s provie elow. 9 If plyer eomes inpitte on the fiel of ply, one of the Umpires my stop the mth n ssess whether or not the plyer requires ttention. When fiel plyer is inpitte: i ii iii iv the Umpire my uthorise the registere Tem Meil Dotor n / or Physiotherpist to enter the fiel of ply; if tem oes not hve suh registere offiils, the Umpire will uthorise the onuty Meil Offier n / or Tem Mnger, to enter the fiel of ply; if neessry, the Umpire my lso uthorise strether erers to enter the fiel of ply; persons uthorise to enter the fiel of ply re require to ssist n remove the plyer onerne from the fiel of ply s soon s it is sfe to o so. During this opertion there must e time stoppge of ply. 9.8 No liqui or other refreshment my e onsume on the fiel of ply. Any plyer wishing to tke refreshment uring mth, inluing uring time stoppges must leve the fiel of ply. 10 10 INTERRUPTIONS OF A MATCH 10.1 If mth is interrupte y the umpires (eg euse of wether or fiel of ply onitions) or y the Tehnil Offier (eg euse of thunerstorm with lightning), this mth must e resume s soon s possile (not neessrily on the sme fiel of ply or on the sme y), uner the following onitions: the mth must e omplete up to the regultion full time (see Regultion 7.1), the sore on the resumption eing tht t the time the interruption took ple; on resumption, Regultion 8 relting to the sustitution of plyers shll pply s though there h een no interruption to the mth. 11 MATCH REPORT FORMS 11.1 At the en of mth, Mth Report is proue t the tehnil tle. 12 15 PROTESTS 15.1 If tem wishes to loge protest t the en of mth or t the en of stn-lone shootout ompetition the Tem Mnger must: elre the intention to o so immeitely in writing iretly elow his / her signture when signing the Mth Report or shoot-out ompetition form; proue in ition in writing the grouns of the protest n must hn tht oument to the Tehnil Offier on uty within 30 (thirty) minutes of the ompletion of the mth or stn-lone shoot-out ompetition ; eposit in ition five hunre Euros ( 500) with the written protest If protest is me, the Tehnil Offier on uty must immeitely notify the Tournment Diretor Notwithstning the provisions of this Regultion, protest from eision of n Umpire or Vieo Umpire uring mth or shoot-out ompetition my not e me to or onsiere y the Tournment Diretor A tem my protest to the Tournment Diretor out ny other eision of the Tournment Diretor or pplition of these Regultions. In this se the Tem Mnger must: proue in writing the grouns of the protest n must hn tht oument to the Tournment Diretor within thirty (30) minutes of the pulition or other ommunition on whih the protest is se; eposit five hunre Euros ( 500) with the written protest The Tournment Diretor must mke eision n pulish it within two hours from the sumission of protest, sve for protests relting to the ntionlity or ge of plyer where further time is require in orer to properly investigte the protest (in whih se the Tournment Diretor must mke eision n pulish it s soon s resonly possile); if possile, the Tournment Diretor shoul lso orlly notify the eision to the Tem Mnger onerne immeitely fter mking the eision The Tem Mnger must mke rrngements with the Tournment Diretor to e ville so tht the Tournment Diretor n give their eision from the protest to the Tem Mnger Filure to omply with ny prt of this Regultion will result in ismissl of the protest 15.8 The eposit my e refune in whole or in prt if the protest is llowe, t the isretion of the FIH Exeutive Bor, who will onsier the mtter t n pproprite time fter the mth or the event If tem involve in protest wishes to ppel the eision of the Tournment Diretor resulting from ny protest uner these Regultions, the Tem Mnger(s) must give written notie to the Tournment Diretor within sixty (60) minutes fter the Tournment Diretor s eision is pulishe.
