1 NEWSLETTER Summer Mail Edition P.O. Box South Dennis, MA NEXT MEETING September 8, 2016 Meetings are the second Thursday of each month (except during December, July & August) at the Dennis Senior Center, 1045 Rt. 134, E. Dennis at 1:30 PM. PRESIDENT S MESSAGE Summer -Summer -Summer Now that summer is finally here after a long slow spring we can start to enjoy the good time with friends and long lost relatives that start to show up for those summer days. Just don t go down RT 28 during the day or try to go over to Falmouth which is like the other side of the world. The Cape traffic is...well I am already looking forward to Labor Day. Have you ever tried to go to the Hyannis Mall when it rains? OMG!!! Most of us will hide during the weekend travel as route 6 becomes the longest parking lot in Massachusetts. Our first summer event is coming up and congrats to Charlie Jones for making the event happen. Also coming up is our first clam bake in September which we are happy to start a new tradition. Look at the upcoming events and plan ahead. To all of you have a safe and happy summer and hope to see you all soon. George Cappola
