Australian approved HELMETS must be worn at all times whilst riding Top Hats may only be worn in the warm-up immediately before your test Ribbons will be awarded at presentation. Link on website, for any competition information re weather For emergency use and scratchings on the day- call or Riders who present themselves late for their test may be eliminated There will be no change to the time draw unless it is proven that the organisers are at fault, however, a move up system will be used where there are scratchings. Yards (including stallion yards) are available for use $2 each Please consider the neighbouring houses and DRIVE SLOWLY Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on Worrigee Common Parents please do not allow your children to run between arenas and amongst the horse floats Full Canteen available Competitors who enter Official classes, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are financially current with EA.

5 Conditions of Entry for all Competitors Please read carefully Sunday 25 th November 2012 Grade Champion: Champions will be awarded from a points system with the 1 st place winner in each class being given 5 points and working down to 5 th place gaining 1 point. 2 best placing's in each grade to count. In the event of a tie on points the 2 highest percentage tests will count. SDC Member Supreme Champion: The winner will come from a Horse and Rider combination, who have attained the highest percentage scores on the day from any grade. Champion Pony: Best 2%'s from any level on the day. Champion Young Rider: Best 2%'s to count. ALL RIDERS PLEASE PRESENT AT THE PRESENTATIONS IN YOUR RIDING ATTIRE. Ribbons will be awarded 1 st to 3 rd and then 1 in 4 starters, and prize money will be awarded 1 st to 3 rd. (Prize money will only be awarded to events with 4 or more starters, FEI excluded) Previous Champion winners are ineligible for the Champion award at that level or below. (FEI excluded) Official tests: The rider must be over 12 years of age and a financial member of the EA. The horse must be EA registered and horse owners must also be a financial member of EA. No Hors Concours entries taken for this Championships This competition is held in accordance with EA and FEI Rules where applicable. Protests must be made within ½ an hour of the posting of the scores on scoreboard. A fee of $50, (which will be refunded only if the protest is upheld), must accompany all protests. All protests must be in writing and given to the chief steward. All competitors, both associate and official, must have a gear check before or directly after each test they have entered. If you fail to have a gear check you maybe eliminated. Horses that are not entered in the draw cannot be bought on to the grounds during competition days (Insurance rules apply). This competition is open to horses, galloways, ponies and stallions. Stallions must have their identification clearly displayed at all times. Horses may compete in two consecutive levels (e.g. Prelim/Novice), but no more than three tests per horse. One rider may only ride a maximum of two horses in any test. By 'placed' the committee means 1 st to 3 rd. Parents must sign for all competitors under 18 years of age. Callers are permitted. Except for FEI classes as per FEI rules. Whilst riding on the grounds an Australian approved helmet and correct riding boots must be worn. Club shirts may be worn in the associate events. Top Hats are permitted, provided they are only worn prior to competition, and not during warm-up. Please observe the speed limits when driving on the Common Grounds. The committee's decision is final. RISK WARNING AND DISCLAIMER 1. Horse riding is a dangerous activity and can result in serious injury (including death) and loss 2. All persons who ride, or tend horses on these grounds do so entirely at their own risk 3.
