2 Conditions of Entry This event is an official competition and will be held in accordance with the Rules of the EA. Horses must be registered with and owners and riders must be financial members of the EV or equivalent state branch. Catering is available at the venue Callers are permitted at all EFA levels. Approved riding helmets MUST be worn at all times. No top hats allowed. Ensure your helmet meets the current EA standard effective 01/01/2017 Please present to gear check 20 mins prior to your riding time. Prizes: Ribbons will be awarded for placings from first to sixth. The Ground Jury will consist of the 3 senior judges on the day. The Appeals Committee will consist of the senior judge, the president and the competition secretary. No refunds unless medical/veterinary certificate received within 7 days. $10 administration fee retained. Arena familiarisation for Indoor Ring 2 is from 7:00 am to 8:15 am for riders competing in this ring only. Warm up is above the driveway/car park on the sand arena or in the cross country paddock. Neither the Yarra Valley Dressage Club Inc, the organising committee or their appointed officials accept any liability for any accident, theft or illness to horses, riders, and grooms or any persons or property whatsoever. All float parking is in the yards paddock on the left hand side just past the main gravelled car park. Please keep the gates closed to the float parking area at all times. Cars without floats may park in the main gravelled car park.
