3 Dear Participants, We would like to thank you for joining us for the inaugural Ponoka Indoor Series, at the Calnash Ag Event Centre. We feel extremely lucky to have found such a fantastic facility that will allow us to build toward our goals for this Series. Your patience, support and feedback while we grow this series, is greatly appreciated. One of our goals is to offer spring board events to the fantastic venues we re lucky to have in Western Canada - like Rocky Mountain Show Jumping, Thunderbird Show Park and Spruce Meadows - where competitors can gain experience over quality courses in an atmosphere that is conducive to learning and horsemanship. With these events, we will endeavour to offer a Gold show ring experience, at bronze show costs, in a new venue that will help to develop young horses and riders. Furthermore, we aim to create an open and welcoming atmosphere that will encourage new participants to our sport, who will gain the confidence to move on to the great Horse Shows offered in Western Canada. With the Ponoka Indoor Series we aim to create a show for you, our trainers and competitors. To our sponsors, we could not begin to offer this event without your support which not only directly contributes to the success of the Ponoka Indoor Series, but to the growth and sustainability of the sport in our region. Your vision in supporting the grass roots level is making this wonderful sport and these wonderful animals more accessible to all horse lovers. We thank you with gratitude and look forward to working with you in the future to grow this Series to its full potential. To our coaches and riders, in addition to our vision for this indoor event series, it is our hope that we can work together to produce even more quality young horses and riders in the region. Importantly, we believe in young horse development and are pleased to offer our young horse divisions, which will give top quality and inexpensive miles to help develop and showcase the talented horses produced by our local breeders. We hope that you will join us in growing this event over the years to come while sharing your feedback and ideas to maximize the potential for this event. Again, we are truly grateful to all of you for your support for the Ponoka Indoor Series, and we look forward to seeing you at the show! Kind regards, Peter, Joe & Caroline Pacific Equine Sport Ltd.
