RACE #1 1 TOUCH OF DISNEY 2 TED W 3 NASHVILLE KNIGHT 4 PUNTROOSKIE TOUCH OF DISNEY has a winning habit this year and narrowly beat, Nashville Knight, the front runner last time and, Ted W, was rallying in third in that event; he found room inside and then angled to the outside of the leader to take his third win in his last four approaches; he will need similar racing luck here from the challenging rail post. TED W has been in the same races as, Touch Of Disney, and has been behind that one although highly competitive; he was third last time when, Touch Of Disney, and, Nashville Knight, were narrowly separated. NASHVILLE KNIGHT has run consecutive peak races and for $20,000 last time with the lead by himself he carried the field deep into the stretch where he was finally displaced at the last moment by, Touch Of Disney; Stormy Rush, may supply some middle speed. PUNTROOSKIE has lost his winning ways but remains competitive and is dropping out of a tough category from which the runner up has come back to win and even the last place finisher has since found a winning spot; he made a sharp but premature move to mid stretch then hung on the money. STORMY RUSH got down to this level last time and tried rating tactics in front but gradually faded in third after a battle with the runner up; Nashville Knight, also has speed instincts. GOODOLDHOCKEYGAME had a tough race on turf back in mid September and was disqualified from that win; a return race October 14 th also on turf left him on the edges with an outside move; he was sharp enough earlier this year to win on Tapeta but needed seven furlongs and travels six furlongs here with Kimura. RACE #2 2 MYSTERY MESSENGER 3 FRANKIE BARON 5 TRICKY MAGICIAN 7 DATA BOY BOBBY BITTMAN debuted November 4 th and was behind early running about six lengths off the pace and he had no stretch kick when, Mystery Messenger, was second and he meets that one here; he has had time for two recent works getting ready including a November 24 th work in 48.1 in company. MYSTERY MESSENGER has been heavily bet in all three races and has been in the money each time; at five furlongs once again last time he pursued the pace and was down inside; he had a chance to move off the rail late but the winner was going too quickly from the outside and he settled for second; he looks to make the big adjustment here out to seven furlongs; he has had a recent five furlong work in for Sid Attard. FRANKIE BARONE a debut runner by, Trappe Shot, a Grade 2 sprint winner in New York is from a dam who was a productive sprinter on synthetic surfaces and she has already produced three winners; he has had consecutive works at five furlongs getting ready for Kevin Attard and will debut here with Contreras at seven furlongs. CHANGE AT THE TOP had a good race at a route October 12 th in an event where the late pace weakened; most recently, he encountered a difficult group and he didn t keep up; by way of sharpening up for this shorter distance, the blinkers are on and he had a speed work November 24 th. TRICKY MAGICIAN used a more aggressive approach November 11 th at a mile on yielding turf and responded gamely to his winning stable mate; he ran well all the way and was finally second; this will be his second race ever on Tapeta. TRUE DAT a debut runner for Allen Desruisseaux is by, Yes It s True, a Grade 1 speed source; he had worked quickly on the training track November 11 th in 47.3 and more recently went to five furlongs in on Tapeta beating company. DATA BOY a debut runner for John Ross is by, Data Link, a Grade 1 turf winner and a son of, War Front; this one is from a dam who loved the grass; he will debut on Tapeta at seven furlongs; he got in his gate works in late October and early November and more recently worked a half in 49.1 getting ready. RACE #3 1 FORT WISE TREATY 4 CONSTANTINO 8 ADMIRALS COVE 7 BOURBON SOUL FORT WISE TREATY defeated non winners of three when competing at six furlongs for $20,000 last time and got up near the pace and took over in the middle stages to persist through the lane; his challenges here include stretching to seven furlongs and going against multiple winners. R U WATCHINGBUD was trying to run from behind last time which was difficult to do given the goodness of the front end winner for $15,000; he finished sixth beaten about three lengths; he comes down in value. SHADED was getting his second race since coming from Winnipeg November 17 th and finished just on the edges when trying to run from behind against a speed winner; he was just in front of, R U Watchingbud; he comes down in value here but meets others who are dropping. CONSTANTINO has now been out of the money in three consecutive races but has done that before and reclaimed his best form; in recent events he has been competing against the tough competitors who were in race one today; he is now running for only $12,500 in hopes of a big wake up here. WILLY S CASTLE is trying to scale up in value while many of the others are plunging; he ran strongly last time in second but couldn t handle the improved form of, Bourbon Soul, who is here. CAT ZAPPER has been in a couple of key races and finished third last time to a prompt top pair; the race was quickly run and the fifth place finisher, Silent Contempt, has come back to beat both, R U Watchingbud, and, Shaded; he had a challenging trip in that race but showed recovery power to come on and finish third at this very distance; he can contend. BOURBON SOUL was out of the money in a series of turf races and so dropped down November 11 th and went to Tapeta; the extent of the edge he was taking wasn t obvious until he overcame the enormous middle pace and he still fought on for a two length win against, Willy s Castle, in a route; he shortens to seven furlongs for Norm McKnight; Hernandez takes over. ADMIRALS COVE has been competing in routes and won last time for $11,500 on a drop where he overcame the bias and visibly spurted away in comfortable fashion; he shortens to seven furlongs here.

RACE #4 9 DIRTY GIRL 1 SUBZERO PLUS 6 SHAUNESSY 4 PIRANO SUBZERO PLUS continues to run the same type of race with early enthusiasm but declining reserves through the stretch; perhaps the answer is running for just $20,000 here on the big drop with blinkers on; she has had an interim work coming to this event. PROMISE ME BOURBON found the right spot off the shelf October 31 st dropping for $19,000; she made all of the running; the late pace weakened; she kept up her resolve to win it; she now tries non winners of two. BEAU S BEAUTY was on turf for $20,000 with a drop last time but got in against a sharp speed winner who added blinkers; that one has already come back to drop to ensure a second win in a row while this one stays at the $19,000 mark and now goes to Tapeta in search of her second win on that footing. PIRANO came down in value October 19 th and ran competitively in fourth; she was third last time again staying on turf against a key winner who has repeated at a lower level; she now seeks her initial win on Tapeta. PODGORA has sprinted at this evaluation in back to back races with out of the money finishes; she was in a particularly tough race last time where she made a four wide rush into contention and finished sixth; the runner up has since been second and the fourth and fifth place finishers have both since won. SHAUNESSY moved from a three race turf series to compete on Tapeta last time with a move on the rail to be third beaten less than a length in a race that qualifies her here. JENNY S VICTORY was in a B maiden race last time where she dominated the front end with rushing speed to be three lengths the best; she will now test her worth on the open market for $20,000; Subzero Plus, is also likely to have speed with blinkers added. MY SILENT PRESENT is taking the blinkers off after moving over to Tapeta last time and losing in double digits after an early rush to the lead; she now runs for $20,000. DIRTY GIRL attracted a claim when dropped in for $10,000 November 2 nd and when she was entered for $40,000 last weekend; she seemed to be in an impossible spot with no chance, yet, she ran on well through the stretch in a race dominated by long shots; she now goes for half that price looking to capitalize on that good recent race and a rider switch is made to Kimura. HURRICANE EMILY took the big drop for $20,000 last time and ran similar to her previous fringe performance; she was in against a tough speed winner; she tried an outside move but disappointed through the long stretch; she now goes to Tapeta. RACE #5 7 KRPAN - BEST BET 9 DOT S LAST CALL 1 HONDURAS 8 TAYLORSINITIATION HONDURAS took a big drop second time out November 9 th and with Hernandez taking over support showed but he was in against a winner taking a big edge and that one has already stepped up to run well; he finally finished fifth and, Krpan, was in second and he must meet that one here; a move is now made to Contreras with blinkers on; he had a recent work. OH DANNY BEAR was in against a good one first time out and finished only eleven lengths behind; second time out he was in a slowly run route where the late pace faltered and he did not keep up; he now takes the big drop all the way to the $25,000 level with blinkers on. DES BOIS debuted November 9 th and tried an internal rush from the outside but he went flat in the stretch against a winner who was very strong and, Krpan, was second. KING KINGO was asked to contend early in his opener and that approach resulted in a wide loss; most recently, he took a more tactful approach with a quiet early advance and then he was able to gain through the stretch and finish fourth; he goes up one level; he rates a look. A VIKING MORNING debuted at low odds November 9 th for $32,000 and attended the pace before he faltered and then stopped in the stretch; he follows some of these down the ladder and Alderson will now take over; he has had time for two interim works getting ready. CAULDRON debuted in a key event September 28 th on turf and backed away; the winner was well regarded and the third place finisher has since won; he gets re-evaluated here dropping sharply and going from turf to Tapeta. KRPAN was dropped down September 28 th and finished second against a preferred late runner and was claimed by Norm McKnight; he was gelded prior to his first start for the stable November 9 th but ironically he finished second in that comeback event behind a former stable mate with front end speed; he followed that one home with a game runner up finish. TAYLORSINITIATION a debut runner goes for Ricky Griffith who had the recent winner, News Flash; this one is by the Grade 1 winner, Sidney s Candy, and will compete for $25,000 in this opener; he has had a couple of gate works getting ready and Wilson will ride with blinkers on. DOT S LAST CALL debuted in a near impossible spot October 12 th because of the goodness of the top two; a first out winner from the Casse stable scored at 10-1 and a heavy favourite from the McKnight stable was second and that one came back to score and the third place finisher was subsequently second; he closed late in that event and now drops for $25,000 and adds lasix and gets more room for Scott Fairlie.

RACE #6 6 TRAVOLTA 5 HEDEMAN 8 SPANISH MAJOR 9 MIRIAM S SKY GIDEON S SWORD used a new aggressive style last time to fight, Hedeman, in a pace battle over a surface more helpful to closing types and he retreated while, Travolta, rallied in second and, Hedeman, was third. PAPPA ROX started a run on the outside but got tangled up in the stretch and after that interference he was eliminated and backed away. MONDAYMORNINGMEMO was sitting patiently outside then got tangled up in the stretch with, Pappa Rox, and after that incident he couldn t continue in contention. ROMAN NOMEN dropped for $25,000 last time at seven furlongs where he started a run on the turn and continued in fourth; he now shortens to six furlongs. HEDEMAN opted for a new and aggressive style November 14 th when dropped for $20,000 but closers were having the best results on that day and he faltered in third with, Travolta, a rallying second; he meets that rival here. TRAVOLTA debuted at long odds November 14 th in a $20,000 event for Mark Casse and did his best running right at the end; he meets several who were behind him last time including the third place finisher, Hedeman. STOPVICTIMIZINGME a debut runner by, Paddy O Prado, was an auction purchase and is from a dam who has produced a couple of winners; he has had regular prepping at five furlongs getting ready for Bancroft DeSouza and will get, Salles here in this opener for $25,000. SPANISH MAJOR started a rally when dropped back down November 18 th and he finished sixth beaten about three lengths; he now shortens to six furlongs. MIRIAM S SKY a debut runner for Buttigieg Training Centre is from a dam who was a two time stakes winner and she has produced just a couple of winners; he stretched out to five furlongs for a work November 17 th getting ready; Moran rides from the outside. RACE #7 5 FLORIDA WON 3 WHERE S THE WIDGET 8 GLENCAIRN 7 STREET LEGAL MAJOR PRODUCTION came off the shelf October 24 th for $20,000 here but the distance did not allow him to fully express himself and he lost in double digits; he is up in value and gets only a bit more distance; he is typically a marathon performer. SEEKING THE BAY came home to compete October 14 th at a marathon distance on turf and was part of an overly aggressive pace and the speed runners were all unplaced and this one retreated; he comes off the shelf to go nine furlongs on Tapeta. WHERE S THE WIDGET has a positive reference from his last race when he was second against, Pumpkin Rumble, and that one has come back to score in the prep for the Valedictory; he has taken some time and indicates a couple of recent works at a half mile getting ready GOLDEN SPEAR was set to compete on turf November 11 th but that event came off the grass at the last minute and he was getting his first ever exposure to running on Tapeta; he did well finishing between rivals and just a nose short; he now extends to nine furlongs on Tapeta. FLORIDA WON was competing against the circuit s best route runners in a series of events and was third in the Seagram and second in the Durham before landing fourth in the Autumn when farther off the pace in the stretch than usual; he now gets to compete for $40,000 with the ultimate drop. DRUMCLIFF was in the prep for the Valedictory last time and attended the pace, yet, was in a bit tight at the top of the stretch in the second flight and then lost in double digits when the winner was overwhelmingly good; blinkers are added here. STREET LEGAL saw his three race winning streak stopped when he was favoured against the difficult, Pumpkin Rumble, last time with, Where s The Widget, in second; he seemed to have every chance in that race stalking from a prime position but he went flat in the lane; the winner has come back to capture the prep for the Valedictory and the runner up is here; he competes for David Borsk; Hernandez moves to, Florida Won, and Da Silva lands here GLENCAIRN attracted a claim two starts ago for $20,000 when winning; he had a strong performance last time when fourth against a key winner with, Where s The Widget, in second; he got down towards the inside late in the race; Campbell takes over; he has had interim prepping for Gerald Seymour. GRAY PHANTOM was in a first allowance race going long on Tapeta November 10 th and was reserved in last then made his way forward with some force but lacked some room in the stretch and had to go down to the inside and finally finished fourth beaten just a long length; he has had interim prepping; with Kimura riding, Where s The Widget, Contreras takes over here.

RACE #8 6 KINGSPORT 2 THOR S ROCKET 1 KING AND HIS COURT 4 SILENT POET KING AND HIS COURT competed last time in a tough allowance event where the outstanding, Melmich, was the headliner; he finished in sixth not far away but had no room in the stretch; he is hoping for a peak effort second time off the shelf. THOR S ROCKET has been productive this year and won the Overskate last time under perfect handling from Garcia who held him up until the last moment and produced him for the win; two starts ago in the Bunty Lawless at a mile on turf he rushed to the lead prematurely and that allowed, Kingsport, to scramble back and reclaim the lead; he had also faced, Kingsport, in the Elgin when third to that tough rival; he continues to train well for Paul Buttigieg. BOREAL SPIRIT was fast on the pace in the Kennedy Road Stakes but he weakened gradually; for the move out to a route here Kimura will take over for Jennifer Shafer. SILENT POET a three year old tried a new off the pace technique in the Overskate at seven furlongs and stayed behind outside then rushed in the stretch to be third when, Thor s Rocket, had a better rally; he now gets to test his new style around two turns against older rivals once again. ESKIMINZIN was aggressive in the prep for the Valedictory then couldn t continue in contention last time; he did have a fast work November 28 th trying to reclaim some sharpness. KINGSPORT has settled into the pattern of producing every other start and that included a win in the Elgin; he then he leapfrogged a start before coming back to win the Bunty Lawless; he missed out in the Overskate last time but gets to go a route here and he did win this race last year when going from a sprint to a route off a loss; he worked with Campbell November 18 th in with a final quarter in 24.1 and most recently, he kept trying in 59.4; he competes for Sid Attard. RACE #9 2 GOLD LACE 7 LOVE TO LEARN 3 FRESH DREAMS 6 SECRET MASQUERADE MARCHERDOWNTHEALLY made a strong pre race appearance November 21 st when competing under the Lights; she was planted down towards the inside and then manoeuvred her way into the clear in the stretch and rallied to beat that group which included her favoured stable mate who was third; Wilson is aboard, Love To Learn, here and Santos takes over for Blair Miller with this jump in value. GOLD LACE attracted a claim for a minor sum in the summer time and then won twice in a row on turf in demonstrative fashion; she comes off the shelf for this first race since October 5 th and Kimura is staying with her; she indicates two half mile works getting ready for Norm McKnight; she seeks her first victory on Tapeta. FRESH DREAMS won smartly on firm turf two starts ago but struggled significantly on yielding terrain last time; she has run well in the past on Tapeta and should be comfortable with the transition in surfaces. FOXXY BELLE took a maiden win last time by dominating the pace with a move from the outside and she commanded the others; she tries a tougher classification here. A GREAT TIME comes in for Michael Trombetta who has already won twice at the meeting from only six starters; she was unplaced on the yielding turf at Laurel last time; she will be trying a synthetic surface for the initial time under race terms; she has been training on it at Fair Hill. SECRET MASQUERADE was moved from the McKnight stable to compete for Angus Buntain last outing and at six furlongs on a yielding turf she provided a nice rally running on well against a speed winner; she will get her first chance to run on Tapeta under race terms although she has been working on it in good clockings. LOVE TO LEARN is worth considering given her last race when she moved off turf and was second on Tapeta against a key winner who has already come back to win again; the runner she tied with second spot has also come back with a big race and the eighth place finisher has since come back to win; she goes from seven to six furlongs for Sid Attard.

RACE #10 3 TEQUILA STATE 7 IN A TWIST 6 IN VIEW 1 SILENT BLAZE SILENT BLAZE dropped in for $15,000 last time and nestled in behind runners looking like he would win at the top of the stretch but another dropped down rival came sailing by from the outside to displace him at the last moment; he jumps two levels to go for $23,500 and has won the services of Kimura. KING OF THE COURT hasn t been far away at higher levels in back to back races; he advanced on the rail on the turn last time and was finally sixth beaten about five lengths; he now drops for $25,000 and has had interim prepping. TEQUILA STATE debuted November 18 th at six furlongs and was much too late getting motivated; he moved from tenth to be sixth beaten only three lengths with, Poquito Bandito, in third; he should be able to improve on that performance in this second start which is a good stat for this stable. DARK ALE was bothered at the break last time then got ambitious to go up on the pace on turf but faltered; he stays at the same evaluation but moves to Tapeta and has since had a half mile work on this footing. FROBISHER BAY made the lead in each of his three starts at higher levels but weakened late in each event; being in front last time had him against a distinct off the pace bias and he withered; he gets down in value as one of two in the race for Jim Ensom. IN VIEW is coming down in value after some positive fringe tries against better; he was using a speed style over a surface more helpful to closers last time when he was fourth beaten only about three lengths and his speed foe faltered to third; he should enjoy the move down in value; he goes shorter. IN A TWIST is getting his first start since September 8 th when he had a good run in second for $32,000 at seven furlongs; he had every chance in that race but finished second beaten a length and the winner has come back to be second and the third place finisher has come back to score; he returns from a layoff and indicates regular works through November 25 th. POQUITO BANDITO has been in the money in three consecutive events and was at six furlongs last time at a higher level; he rushed from behind advancing from ninth to be third beaten a length; that race gives him standing here. THIMBLE SHOALS a debut runner is a homebred for Maple Lane Farm going for Darwin Banach; he is by the popular, Point Of Entry, a multiple Grade 1 winner and this one is from a dam who could route and sprint; he has attracted Hernandez here; he has had a number of works at a half mile tracing back to the summer time. RACE #11 11 REDEAL 12 JOSEPHINE 2 LA VIE EN ROSE 10 ONLY ESSA 5 RATTLESNAKE BITE SUGAR ME SWEET stumbled into the lead at the beginning last time at a route but didn t stay the trip after she was attacked on the pace by the eventual winner who has already come back to score; she finally finished fourth and the fifth place finisher has since won; she shortens to six furlongs. LA VIE EN ROSE has had many chances and is in good current form with a runner up finish last time where she quickened out of traffic and moved late on the outside to be second against a well regarded winner; she fits. HOW D YOU KNOW had sharp early speed last time but it didn t carry in the same race where, La Vie En Rose, was second. WUK UP QUEEN made a move on the turn last time but ducked to the rail and seemed to stall at that point, yet, wasn t far behind the runner up, La Vie En Rose. RATTLESNAKE BITE was ineffective in two starts for the Casse stable and now moves to the stable of Gerald Seymour with a chance to get down for $10,000 for this run on Tapeta. EXCOMMUNICATE moved well on the turn two starts ago under Hernandez and was finally second with, La Vie En Rose, third; most recently, she didn t have the same type of performance. CHEETAHRA moved outside at the quarter pole to try and threaten last time but hung and now goes shorter. DISTINCT SIGNATURE was bothered in her previous event; last time at a sprint she was ridden up with a good spurt three furlongs from home but couldn t continue. BOLD N FOXY was reserved back with a tentative approach last time but hung at the most crucial stage. ONLY ESSA rushed with a burst along the inside last time to finish third in a field of thirteen and Garcia gets the ride back. REDEAL debuted at relatively short odds November 16 th and came running from the outside to be third just a half length behind the far more experienced, La Vie En Rose, and she encounters that one here; while stable stats don t support perhaps second time out she will be even better. JOSEPHINE is a contender; when she moved off turf and to Tapeta last time she was able to take her time at the back and then move in the stretch with an outside rally to be second; the fifth place finisher has come back to win.
