5 LOCATION, SITES AND RATES F&H Expo takes place in the B2 pavilion of Romexpo, on a total area of 11,500 exhibition square meters from which about 6,500 square meters of stands. EARLY BOOKING! Space rental fee for registration between January 1 and March 22, 2019: EUR 40 * ** *** /sqm * Standard rental rate includes building fee structure stand on octanorm (standard structure consists of: company fascia board, carpet, sockets, table + 2 chairs please see the registration form for more details) ** Minimum surface for rent: 9 sqm. *** VERY IMPORTANT The above prices are valid only for the payment of an 50% advance of the rental stand, in 5 working days from the receiving of the invoice; the remaining 50% will be paid until March , otherwise, we will apply the standard fee of EUR 40 / sqm + VAT
