4 Additional service physiotherapy Visa Entry fee If necessary to apply for a visa you can request a special invitation from the organizer. 550 EURO per person per double room (4 days) 650 EURO per person per single room (4 days) ee include: accommodation (4 nights) board (breakfast, lunch, dinner): from dinner on 16 th January till breakfast on 20 th January + supplemental water, coffee, tea and fruits at the fencing hall 3 evening events at Werleburg transfer from Airport Berlin Tegel or Airport Berlin Schönefeld or central train station Berlin to venue and back, transfer from accommodation to venue/evening events and back 275 EURO (no accommodation, no board, no transfers) Referees The delegations must submit a specific number of referees to the Technical Board of Directors, according to the following table: 1-4 encers 5-8 encers more then 8 encers 0 Referee 1 Referee 2 Referees The delegations that will not provide referees according to the table above will be financially penalized of 600 EURO per referee.

The Organizing Committee may accept entries arriving after that deadline, but in this case you are supposed to pay an entry fee of 650 EURO per person (double room), 750 EURO per person (single room) or 375 EURO (no accommodation, no board, no transfers) Please prove that you have paid the entry fee.
