2 JKA - SHOTOKAN European Shotokan Karate Do Championships Dear Members, I have the honour and the great pleasure to greet all participants of the Championships 2018 in Nis and to wish them good results at this competition. The city of Nis is ready to wellcome sportsmen and all karate fans and we shall do everything to make you all feel comfortable and satisfied. Karate Federation JKA Shotokan Serbia is also honoured with the the getting of the organising Championships 2018 and therefore we thank to all participants JKA Serbia has the pleasure to invite you to the Championships Karate Federation JKA Shotokan Serbia. 3 General information Responsible organization : JKA - SHOTOKAN European Shotokan Karate Do Championships a. Karate JKA Shotokan Federation of Serbia Oliver Tomic ; jkashotokan@ptt.rs; jkashotokanserbia@gmail.com How to reach NIŠ: NIŠ is centrally located and can easily be reached, either by bus, train or plane. Transport information: There are 2 airports from/to which we can organize transport: Nis Car Konstantin International Airport Nis Belgrade Nikola Tesla International Airport Belgrade The price for the transport from/to the airport Nis Car Konstantin is 20,- /person. The price for the transport from/to the airport Belgrade Nikola Tesla is 45,- /person. Please fill in Form A to book the transport from the airport to your hotel. Deadline for the transport is September 21 st, 2018 Transfers will be made by buses, minibuses, and cars, based on the needs of participants teams. 1. All participants staying in the hotels of the organization will have a special price on the transfers. 2. The round trips from airports to the hotels of the organization will be guaranteed th November buses will be available to transport all the hotels/hostels in the organization to the championship venue, at times to be defined. 4. During the course of the event, transportation will be provided to and from the organization, s hotels/hostels, with shedules to be defined and with requests to be made to organization. 5. Tranportations will be guaranteed for training in the sports pavilion for participants staying at the organization, s hotels, with time to be defined. 6. The transportation to Sayonara Party will be offered to the participants staying in the hotels of organization, with schedule to be defined. PLEASE NOTE: THESE TRANSFERS WILL ONLY BE GUARANTEED FOR WHO STAY IN THE HOTELS / HOSTELS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
