Minimum of three games guaranteed. Cost and Registry : 375$ for Bantam, 350$ for Mini, and 325$ for Novice. Cheque paid to «Association de Basketball de Saint-Bruno» must be sent by mail 10 days following the registration, at the latest on January 11 th, 2019 Teams with unpaid tournament will not be allowed to play Teams that will not be accepted will be reimbursed. Accepted teams that want to unregister after the registration limit date will not be reimbursed, unless force majeure. Registration limit date: January 4 th, 2019 Schedule: The schedule will be published a week ahead of Tournament on the Saint-Bruno Cougars website ( Schedule can be faxed, mailed or ed upon request.

2 Lodging No lodging is available on site. We negotiated special rates with official tournament hotels close to site. Do not forget to mention the Tournament to get access to these rates. Food Saint-Bruno s Basketball Association offers a snack bar service on site. Several restaurants and grocery available very close to competition sites. 3 Rules The FIBA rules will applied with FBBQ modifications: Game duration : 4 periods of 8 minutes, with players change on 1st whistle or basket after 4 minutes play, applies to Mini, Bantam 6 periods of 4 minutes, with players change on 1st whistle or basket after 4 minutes play and one period of 8 minutes applies to Novice participation rule applies to Novice, Mini and Bantam Warm-up : 10 minutes Half-time : 5 minutes Alternating possession procedure will apply (all categories) 24 seconds will NOT apply, EXCEPT for 3A Bantam finals on Sunday 5 minutes extra-periods with one time-out per team A minimum of 7 players per team is required to participate Classification parameters in case of equaled teams: Results of each team games Win-loss record for the games that opposed each teams. If the teams did not play one against another : Win-loss records for every games played by each team. If 3 equaled teams : Win-loss records for these 3 teams only. If still equal, prevalance to the lowest «loss» score. In all cases, maximum win-loss record of 40 points. Disciplinary Measures : Lateness: Team loses if over 10 minutes late. Games could be shorter or interrupted to respect tournament schedule but can still be played. Eviction: The organization committee reserve the right to evict a player from tournament for any intentional major unsporting fault or behavior, especially if the purpose is to cause injury to rival players.
