Many hours of preparation in prospect for two days of competition that we wait with an always renewed pleasure. About 200 basket ball players, arriving from very various horizons, will measure themselves with new teams, but also, and most important of all, they can share moments of conviviality and intense exchanges. Those who were present in 2008 surely remember the evening of 1st June! We would be pleased to receive the players as well as the accompanying people of your Club if you make us the honor to take part in our tournament. Hotel reservation will be made as soon as possible, other sporting animations are taking place in Agen and around Agen for this weekend. 6 Saturday midday meal and Sunday midday meal are at your cost. You can bring your picnic, but you will also find on the spot, grills, French fries potatoes, drinks, coffee, etc... A friendly evening is organized on Saturday for all the participants. Last year, almost 500 people have met in a convivial atmosphere. We propose this meal at your cost for 12 uros (varied starters, cold meats, vegetables and dessert).

Jean Monnet at Foulayronnes 9 H 00 : Beginning of the tournament 12 H 30 : Lunch break (sale on the spot of grills, french fries potatoes, drinks, coffee, etc) 13 H 30 : Competition of three points throw (1 girl + 1 coach per team) 14 H 00 : Continuation of the matches 17 H 45 : End of the matches Taking possession of hotels 20H 00 : Meal and Friendly evening at the gymnasium of L.P. at Foulayronnes. Sunday 31st May from 7 H 45 to 8 H 45 : Breakfast service offered by the club on the 1st floor of the gymnasium 9 H 00 : Continuacion of the matches 12 H 30 : Lunch break (sale on the spot of grills, french fries potatoes, drinks, coffee, etc) 13 H 30 : Final of the competition of three points throw 14 H 00 : Continuation of the matches 16 H 00 : End of the meetings, reading of the prize list and prizegiving 17 H 00 : End of the tournament.

8 Article 1 The Foulayronnes Basket-ball organizes on Saturday 30th May and on Sunday 31st May 2009, a tournament of basketball reserved for the categories GIRLS BORN IN (Benjamines) and GIRLS BORN IN (Minimes) Article 2 The registered teams must be composed of players with licence and must be insured. The players of foreign teams must have also a licence from their national federation Article 3 The tournament will take place in the Gymnasium of the professional college at FOULAYRONNES (department of the Lot and Garonne - France) on Saturday 30th May and on Sunday 31st May Article 4 Man-to-man defence is obligatory for the categorie GIRLS BORN IN (benjamines). Article 5 The order of the meetings is fixed by the organizing club and is communicated to the participant club. In the same way, scorers, time keepers and officials are designated by F.B.B. Article 6 The matches will be played in 2 periods of 10 mn for the GIRLS BORN IN (Benjamines) and of 12 mn for the GIRLS BORN IN (Minimes) without stopping the game clock. Article 7 5 mn of warm-up are allowed before each match and the half-time will be of 2 mn. A time out of 30 seconds will be allowed per period and team. The substitution of players will be authorized on dead ball. Any player sanctioned by 4 faults during a match will be eliminated. After the sixth fault of a team, free throws will be shooten. In the event of equality with the score at the end of the match, each team will indicate 3 shooters of free throws. Each player will shoot one. The team, which will have managed to win the free throws will be designated as the winner. In the event of new equality, each team will indicate a new shooter. The first player to obtain the advantage will be declared the winner. The finals will be with stoppage time. Article 8 Any dispute which can occur during the tournament will be immediately settled by the organizer. Any serious fault of a player could be the subject to sanctions, up to the exclusion from the tournament. Article 9 The Foulayronnes Basket Ball accepts no liability in the event of an accident, of robbery, disappearance, loss, damage of objects. Article 10 All the participants teams at the tournament will receive rewards Article 11 The organizer club reserves the right to modify these rules if necessary (bad weather,...)
