The herd is currently on a TB4. All calves are BVD marker live at a fortnight old (pneumonia prevention) and calves are BVD check tagged. The herd is Herd Health and BVD controlled. 8 Gunnerfleet Jimmy Gunnerfleet Jimmy was purchased at the Limousin sale in February 2016 and has ran with the herd, further details will be given out at time of sale. Following the completion of M/s Richardsons sale we will have: M/s Lamb, The How with 3 pedigree bulling heifers from their Seascale herd, E Clark & Son, Braithwaite Farm will have a part dispersal comprising of 8 Limousin & British Blue cross cows with Limousin calves at foot. DMW Hodgkiss will have the dispersal sale of 18 Pedigree Highland Cows with calves at foot or incalf, 6 Bulling Heifers, 1 Stock Bull and 1 White Park Bulling Heifer from the Nunnery herd.
