Rosettes to 6 th place in all individual classes and medals for best shoot, swim and run in each class. Team rosettes to 3 rd place a team to be comprised of 3 or 4 competitors from the same Pony Club in the same age group (best three scores to count). Teams can be mixed. ENTRY FEES 25 per individual for TETRATHLON (who will also be entered in the TRIATHLON.) 16 for TRIATHLON ONLY (shooting, swimming and running phases only) 4 per team. ALL ENTRIES CLOSE ON SATURDAY MARCH 24 TH!!!! Entries will be strictly limited and will be on a first come first served basis. No late individual entries accepted

3 TETRATHLON/TRIATHLON RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. The Judges decision is final. 2. Rules are in accordance with the Pony Club Tetrathlon Rule Book 2018, a copy of which can be downloaded from 3. Strictly NO dogs allowed. 4. Competitors must be at the start of each event at least 15 minutes before they are due to compete. 5. No person under the age of 18 may be in possession of or carry an air pistol unless in the presence of The Chief Range Officer or Firing Point Steward. 6. Guns must be kept in boxes until instructed otherwise by the shooting steward. 7. Any competitor may load their pistols themselves but must be supervised by an experienced person over 18 years of age. 8. Protective or prescription glasses are recommended for the Shoot Phase at all levels but are mandatory for Shooting at 7 meters. 9. Substantial shoes (that do not reach the anklebone but which cover the whole foot) must be worn for the Shoot e.g. Trainers. 10. Long trousers are compulsory to wear for the Shoot 11. Competitors must be 8 years old or over on the day of the competition to be allowed to Shoot. 12. Scored targets will be available at the Secretary s office. These must be checked and signed for before being taken away. No queries can be upheld once they have been removed. Any targets not removed after 1 hour from completion of shooting will be taken as approved and scored up. 13. Targets and Running Numbers can be collected from the secretaries office. 14. Only one person per competitor allowed poolside 15. All competitors taking part in the Ride Phase MUST abide by The Rules set out in the Newmarket & Thurlow Hunter Trial Schedule. 16. Competitors may ride in the class below (Except Beanies!) but will incur 500 penalties. This must be declared on the entry form. 17. Riding numbers can be collected from the relevant secretaries office at Horseheath on Neither the organisers nor persons acting on their behalf accept liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to competitors, horses, spectators or any person or property whatsoever. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For those measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. 19.
