AZTECS ON THE AIR > All three of this weekend s contests at Nevada will have live video streaming on the Mountain West Network along with Live Stats. HEAD COACH MARK MARTINEZ > Mark Martinez is in his third season as head coach of the Aztecs although he is in his 12th season as a member of the San Diego State staff. He is just the fifth head coach in SDSU history since baseball was elevated to major sport status in > His two-year record as head coach stands at (.515). > Martinez was hired as an assistant coach for the Aztecs prior to the 2006 season and served for nine years under Head Coach Tony Gwynn. During that time, he was promoted to the position of Associate Head Coach. > Prior to his arrival at SDSU, Martinez was an assistant coach at the University of New Mexico for 17 seasons.
