2 ARTICLE 1 DEFINITION 1. Full cntact is a discipline f kickbxing where the intentin f a fighter is t beat his ppnent with full pwer and strength. 2. Punches and kicks are allwed t the frnt and side f the head, the frnt and side f the bdy (abve waist) and sweeping is als allwed. 4. The fight is held in a ring. The referee is respnsible fr fighter safety and keeping t the rules, judges cunt legal techniques and nte the pints n scring card. 5. Each fighter must have his wn MEDICAL TEST, valid fr 1 year t be shwn at weigh-in prcedures. ARTICLE 2 COMPETITION AREA Ring is cmpetitin area. The fllwing ring equipment must be available: 1. A Bxing ring f internatinal standard size including rdinary canvas (n tatami n the ring flr). The sizes f the ring had t be meter 6x6. 2. fur rpes ( 3 rpes in case f frce majr ) 3. pads in all crners (1 red, 1 blue, 2 white) 4. straps between the rpes 5. at least 2 stairs 6. tw chairs 7. tw fldaway stls fr fighters between the runds 8. tw cups and bttles f water 9. tw water buckets 10. At the neutral crners f the ring there must be a bag r a bucket tied up in the crner fr all garbage. 11. Ring side: A table and chairs fr the fficials A sund gng r a bell Stpwatches Refereeing sheets accrding t the WMKF mdel A first aid kit including plastic glves fr the referee t be used at all matches and als tissue papers A micrphne linked t a sund system. Caches dressed in sweaters in ring crners will have a twel and a spnge each, t attend t the fighters. ARTICLE 3 DRESS AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT 1. Head prtectin. 2. Muth-guard. 3. Breast prtectin (mandatry fr female fighters). 4. Glves fr cntact sprts (10 Oz), grin prtectin, shin guards and ft prtectin. 5. Unifrms are the same fr senirs and junirs, naked trs fr men and lng pants, sprt tp and lng pants fr wmen.

3 ARTICLE 4 ROUNDS Fights in lw kick, have 3 x2 minute runds in all WMKF turnaments. with a minute break between each rund. ARTICLE 5 WEIGHT DIVISION See Classes and Categries. ARTICLE 6 AGE LIMIT OF CONTESTANTS 1. Cmpetitrs age is frm: years ld JUNIORS (men and wmen) years ld SENIORS (men and wmen) ARTICLE 7 WEIGHT-IN 1. Fighters f each weight categry will be weighed the day befre the cmpetitin r in the mrning between 8 and 10 n the same day they have been drawn t fight. 2. Internatinal Turnaments Cmmittee r any ther WMKF fficial delegate will be allwed t mdify these cnditins in case f an inevitable pstpnement. 3. The Turnament Cmmittee authrizes delegates t perfrm at weight-in. 4. WMKF representatives f any Natinal Assciatin may be present, but are nt allwed t intervene n any ccasin. 5. Each fighter will be fficially weighed nly nce. The weight registered n that ccasin is final. It is allwed, nevertheless, fr the fighter wh has nt reached the right weight during the fficial weigh-in, t cme back after 1 hur maximum. 6. In the case he cannt make the weight again, he is disqualified. 7. Befre being weighed, each fighter must be declared fit fr fighting by a qualified dctr. 8. The weight is what the scale shws when the fighter is undressed. The weight must be displayed in kilgram (kg). 9. Electrnic scales can be used. 10. A fighter is allwed t fight slely within the categry defined at weigh-in. 11. Each fighter must be in pssessin f a card with a written decisin f a medical dctr as well as the decisin f the fficial in charge f weigh-in. ARTICLE 8 LEGAL TARGET AREAS 1. head - frnt and side 2. trs - frnt and side 3. legs (thigh nly frm utside t inside and vice versa) which can be attacked using the shin. 4. ft bt t bt - nly fr sweeping

4 ARTICLE 9 ILLEGAL TARGET AREAS. PROHIBITED TECHNIQUES AND BEHAVIOUR It is prhibited t: 1. Attack the thrat, lwer abdmen, kidneys, back, legs, jints, grin and the back f the head r neck. 2. Attack with the knee, elbw, knife-hand, head-buts, thumb and shulder. 3. Turn ne's back t the ppnent, run away, fall dwn, intentinal clinching, blind techniques, wrestling and ducking belw ppnent s waist. 4. Attack an ppnent wh is caught between the rpes 5. Attack an ppnent wh is falling t the flr r is already n the flr; that is, as sn as ne hand r knee tuches the flr. 6. Leave the ring 7. Cntinue after the cmmand "stp" r "break" r the end f the rund signal has been given. 8. Oil the face r the bdy 9. Vilatins f the rules and regulatins may, depending hw grave they are, lead t warnings, minus pints r even disqualificatin. ARTICLE 10 LEGAL TECHNIQUES - SCORING 1. HAND TECHNIQUES: The fllwing hand technique may be applied: all bxing punches 2. FOOT TECHNIQUES: frntkick sidekick rundhuse kick heel kick (sle f the ft nly) crescent kick axe kick (sle f the ft nly) jump kicks the use f shins in kicking 3. THROWING TECHNIQUES: ftsweeps (ankle level) 4. Hand and ft techniques shuld be used equally during the entire fighting perid. Ft techniques are nly recgnized when they clearly shw the intentin t hit the ppnent with pwer. 5. All techniques must be used with full pwer. Any technique which is partially deviated r blcked, r that simply tuches, brushes r pushes an ppnent will nt be scred.

POINTS: Fr all legal techniques (punches, kicks and thrwing), clearly landed n legal targets with speed, fcus, balance, pwer, judge will nte 1 pint n the back side f the scring card r n his clicker. At the end f each rund, he will cunt the number f pints and will give t the better fighter, wh has mre pints, a mark f 10, and t his ppnent wh has fewer pints he will mark 9. If the difference f pints between the fighters is mre than 8 ( a real dminatin), the judge will give the fighter with fewer pints a mark f 8. Fr any knck dwns, n extra pint shuld be given t any fighter. At the end f the match, the judge will sum all the marks per rund and name the winning fighter wh has the larger sum f marks. In the event f draw, the judge will have t give his preference t the fighter that in his pinin shwed (cnsidering the three runds): _ better fighting techniques _ better ffence _ better defence _ mre kicks _ mre pwerful _ better endurance. _ crdinatin in fighting If the draw remains the judge will give the preference t the fighter wh was mre active, shwing better cnditining. ARTICLE 11 PENALTY Warnings will be carried thrugh the Match t all runds 1st vilatin Verbal Warning 2nd vilatin - Official Warning 3rd vilatin - Award penalty pint -1 4th vilatin Disqualificatin

6 ARTICLE 12 MATCH RULES 1. Cach and secnd rules: Only the cach and the secnd may get int the ring and nly ne f them at a time may be inside the rpes. N advice, help r encuragement can be given t the fighter during the match. A secnd can give up the fight n behalf f his fighter, and can als, if the fighter is in great difficulty, tss the spnge r the twel int the ring, except while the referee is cunting. During the match, neither the cach nr the secnd can enter n the ring area. Any cach s unsprtmanlike behaviur against rules will be punished by suspensin frm his functins in the cmpetitin in curse. ARTICLE 13 OFFICIALS 1. CHAIRMAN OF THE TECHNICAL COMMISSION: the Chairman f the Technical Cmmittee shall act as member f the Appeals Bard tgether with the Referee Cmmittee and the Executive Cmmittee members. 2. REFEREES AND JUDGES IN GENERAL: during Wrld r ther internatinal champinships, each but in a ring must be supervised by a WMKF internatinal acknwledged chief referee wh can fficiate in the centre, but will nt fill ut scre sheets. 3. Each but is graded by thee Internatinal judges. The three WMKF judges will be seated away frm the spectatrs and clse t the ring. Each f the three judges must be seated in the middle f three respective sides f the ring. ARTICLE 14 OFFICIALS DRESS CODE. 1. Every WMKF Officials will wear WMKF unifrm: navy blue jacket with WMKF Lg n it, navy blue pants white WMKF shirt, black gym shes, WMKF bw-tie. ARTICLE 15 REFEREES POWER AND DUTY 1. REFEREES DUTY: Check the safety equipment and clthes f the fighters. Make sure that the rules f fair play are strictly bserved. Supervise the whle f the match. At the end f a but, gather and check the scre sheets f the three judges. The referee must nt annunce the winner by raising the Cntestant's arms r in any ther way annunce decisins. If a referee (after having s decided by majrity decisin with the three judges) disqualifies a Cntestant r stps the fight, he must first indicate t the Chief Referee the Cntestant wh has been disqualified and give the reasns fr stpping the fight, s that the Chief Referee can infrm the annuncer, wh will then, make a public annuncement. He must use three cmmand wrds:

7 - STOP when he rders Cntestants t stp fighting. - BREAK t break a bdy t bdy psitin. - FIGHT when he rders the fight t cntinue. In rder nt t disturb a clse fight, the referee shuld nt stand in the way r break in t early. When the winner is annunced, the referee must raise the Cntestant's arm. He must indicate t the Cntestants, by apprpriate signs r gestures, any vilatin f the Regulatins. 2. REFERE S POWERS: Stp a fight at any mment if ne f the Cntestants has received an unauthrized blw r is wunded, r if he cnsiders a fighter unable t cntinue. Stp a fight at any mment if he finds the fighters behaving "unsprtsman-like". In such a case, he may disqualify ne Cntestant. Warn a Cntestant r stp the but and give a minus pint r warning t a Cntestant fr an ffence. Disqualify a cach r a secnd wh has brken the regulatins r a Cntestant himself if the cach r the secnd fails t fllw t his rders. Disqualify, with r withut a warning, a fighter wh has cmmitted an ffence. In the case f a KO, suspend the cunt if a Cntestant deliberately refuses t withdraw t a neutral crner. If a Cntestant breaks the rules but des nt necessarily deserve a disqualificatin, the referee must stp the fight and give a warning t the Cntestant f a ful. Befre the warning, the referee must rder the Cntestant t stp fighting. The warning must be given clearly, s that the Cntestant understands the reasn and cause f the penalty. The referee must hand signal t each judge that a particular warning has been given and clearly shw which Cntestant has been punished. After having given the warning, the referee rders the Cntestants t fight. If a fighter has been given 3 fficial warnings within the same but, he is disqualified. 3. HEALTH AND SECURITY: The referee in ring-sprts must use plastic glves and he must change them after every fight in which bld has ccurred. At ringside there must be sft paper tissue t be used by the central referee n the fighters Sft paper tissue used n ne fighter cannt be used n anther fighter. A referee is nt allwed t wear glasses, but he may wear cntact lenses. The referee is bliged t attend the meeting rganized by the Medical Cmmittee, befre each Champinship.

8 ARTICLE 16 JUDGES POWER AND DUTY 1. Each judge must independently cnsider the merits f the tw fighters, and must chse the winner, accrding t the regulatins. 2. During the match, he will nt talk t either fighter, ther judges, r anybdy else, with the exceptin f the referee. 3. He may, if necessary, at the end f a rund, ntify the referee abut any incident that he has missed, fr example tell him abut the misbehaviur f a secnd, lse rpes, etc. 4. A judge will mark the number f pints (10-10, 10-9, 10-8 etc) granted t each fighter n his scre sheet and nly his decisin will be annunced t the public at the end f the match. 5. During the rund the judge will use the back f the screcard t register the numbers f hits he sees, either by a number r by numbers f lines. Always the red crner is n the left side and the blue crner n the right side f bth sides f the screcard. 6. The pints/recrded hits must be tallied separately by runds. 7. He will nt leave his place until the decisin has been annunced. 8. It is mandatry fr all judges t use klickers in fights. ARTICLE 17 TIMEKEEPER 1. The timekeeper have t keep track f the number and the duratin f the runds as well as f the break time. 2. He will be seated at ringside. 3. Ten secnds befre the beginning f each rund, he will clear the ring, giving rder "Secnds ut" 4. He will ring the gng at the beginning and at the end f each rund. 5. He will annunce the number f the rund, befre it starts. 6. He will stp the but temprarily, when asked t d s by the referee. 7. If, at the end f a rund, a bxer is n the flr, and the referee is cunting him ut, the gng must ring at the end f tw minutes, even if central referee must finish his cunt. ARTICLE 18 POINTS EVALUATION 1. Each judge separately evaluates every rund. The evaluatin f a rund shuld be made fllwing these criteria: the number f targets really hit by punches and kicks the effectiveness f the attack the delivery f clean techniques 2. In case f a draw at the end f three runds, each judge must give his preference t ne f the tw fighters cnsidering: the effectiveness f the defence. the effectiveness f the attacks. the balance f hand and ft technique. the crrect number f kicks delivered. the verall impressin f the athletic perfrmance. better stamina and endurance. mre actin, especially in last rund.

9 3. The judges use the Remarks sectin n screcard t explain their decisin f the winner. ARTICLE 19 CRITERIA FOR MINUS POINTS 1. n balance and n crdinatin in fighting 2. cnstant clinching 3. avid t fight (turning f the back..) 4. t few ft techniques 5. three warnings 6. any vilatin f the rules ARTICLE 20 DECISIONS The decisins will be reached as fllws: 1. Pints: at the end f a but, the Cntestant wh has btained a victry by the decisin f the majrity f judges is declared the winner. If bth Cntestants are simultaneusly injured r KO'd and cannt cntinue the fight, judges will mark the pints btained by each fighter t that pint, and the Cntestant with mre pints will be deemed the winner. 2. Abandnment: if a Cntestant vluntarily gives up, due t an injury r any ther reasn, r if he refuse t cntinue the fight after the ne minute break between the runds, his ppnent will be declared the winner. 3. Stppage, upn rder f the referee: Relegatin: if a Cntestant is relegated n the referee's advice, r if he receives excessive punishment, the fight will be stpped and his ppnent declared the winner. 4. Injury: if the referee judges a fighter unable t cntinue the fight, due t an injury r any ther physical reasn, the fight will be stpped and his ppnent declared the winner. The right t make such a decisin is incumbent upn the referee wh can cnsult the dctr. Having dne s, the referee will fllw the dctr's advice. N ther persns will be admitted in the ring area. 5. Disqualificatin: if a Cntestant is disqualified, his ppnent will be declared the winner. If bth Cntestants are disqualified, the decisin will be annunced accrdingly. 6. Default: when a Cntestant is present in the ring and ready t fight, and his ppnent des nt appear when annunced by the lud speaker. After tw minutes, the gng will ring and the referee will declare the first Cntestant the winner by default and raise his hand as the winner.

10 7. The Third knck-dwn: The fight will be stpped if a fighter has been kncked dwn 3 times in the same fight. The referee declare the fighter TKO after the 3rd knck dwn. ARTICLE 21 CHANGING A DECISION 1. All public decisins are definitive and cannt be changed unless: Mistakes which ccurred in calculating the pints are discvered; One f the judges declares he has made a mistake and switched the scres f the fighters; There are evident vilatins f WMKF rules. The chief referee f the ring, with the help f the WMKF Appeal Bard, will immediately handle all prtests. After discussins, the representative f the WMKF Appeal Bard will annunce the fficial result. ARTICLE 22 AWARDING OF POINTS In awarding pints, the fllwing rules must be respected: 1. During each rund, a judge will mark the respective scre fr each Cntestant, accrding t mentined criteria. 2. The number f blws that each ne has received. T cunt a punch r a kick as a blw must nt be blcked r stpped. The value f registered blws in a fight will be cunted at the end f each rund and granted t the better Cntestant, accrding t his degree f superirity. Blws given by a Cntestant will nt be taken int accunt: if they are cntrary t regulatins if they land n the arms if they are weak and d nt cme frm legs, bdy r shulders. 3. Pints will be given per rund. N fractins f pints will be given. At the end f each rund, the better (the mre skilful) Cntestant, the ne wh has scred mre, will receive 10 pints and his ppnent prprtinally less (10-9) - (10-8). When the Cntestants are judged n the same level, each ne will receive 10 pints. 4. If, at the end f a but, after having judged each rund accrding t pints 1 and 2, bth Cntestants have an equal number f pints, the judge will give advantage t the Cntestant wh, in his pinin shwed, in the whle match, i.e. cnsidering the three runds: _ better fighting techniques _ better ffence _ better defence _ mre kicks _ mre pwerful _ better endurance and stamina.

If the result is the same in all three runds, which is pssible but very rare, the judge will give the preference t the fighter wh was mre active, had mre kicks, better style r technique, better cnditining. 6. One extra pint can be given in each rund t ne f the tw fighters if a Cntestant has dminated the rund by 8 pints difference. 7. When a fighter spits ut his muth-guard n purpse, the central referee shuld stp the fight immediately and cunt him as if fr a knck dwn. 8. If the last rund is equal the judges will use the remarks t chse a winner. ARTICLE 23 OFFENCES 1. A fighter wh desn t bserve the referee' s rders; wh vilates regulatins, wh demnstrates unsprtsmanlike behaviur r wh cmmits ffences, can receive a cautin, warning r be disqualified by a referee withut an fficial warning. 2. Only 3 fficial warnings can be given t a fighter in the curse f the entire but. 3. The third warning will autmatically mean DISQUALIFICATION (the prcedure starts frm warning, 1st fficial warning, 2nd fficial warning and 1 minus pint, third fficial warning and cnsequent disqualificatin f the fighter). 4. A referee may, withut stpping the fight, give a cautin t a Cntestant at any mment. If he wants t give a warning t a Cntestant, he will stp the fight and annunce the ffence. 5. He will shw it t the three judges, pinting with his finger t the Cntestant at fault. 6. The fllwing actins are cnsidered fuls: 1. Punching belw the belt, hking, tripping, and hitting with knees r elbws. 2. Butting with head, shulders, with frearms and elbws, strangling the ppnent, crushing his face with arm r elbw, pushing his head utside the rpes. 3. Hitting with pen glves, with the inside f the glves, with a wrist. 4. Hitting the ppnent' back, and particularly n the nape f his neck, head and kidneys. 5. Attacking while hlding the rpes r using them imprperly 6. Lying dwn, wrestling r nt fighting at all 7. Attacking an ppnent wh is n the flr r getting up 8. Clinching 9. Hitting while hking the ppnent, r pulling the ppnent int the blw. 10. Hking r hlding ppnent's arm r putting an arm underneath the arm f the ppnent. 11. Suddenly lwering ne's head belw ppnent's belt in a way that wuld be dangerus fr the latter. 12. Using artificial means fr a passive defence and falling dwn intentinally in rder t avid a blw. 13. Using insulting and aggressive language during a rund. 14. Refusing t withdraw after the rder "BREAK". 15. Trying t land a blw n the ppnent, immediately after a "BREAK" rder and befre withdrawing. 16. Assailing r insulting the referee at any time

12 ARTICLE 24 ON THE FLOOR 1. A Cntestant is cnsidered "n the flr" if: If he tuches the flr with a part f his bdy ther than his feet fllwing a blw r series f blws. If he hpelessly hangs n the rpes after a blw r a series f blws. If he finds himself utside the rpes, partly r cmpletely, after a blw r a series f blws. If, after a vilent blw, he has nt fallen t the flr r int the rpes, but is in a state f semi- cnsciusness and, in the referee's pinin, nt able t cntinue fighting. 2. In the case f a KO, the referee must immediately start cunting ut the secnds. 3. When a Cntestant is n the flr, his ppnent must instantly g the neutral crner, shwn by the referee. 4. He will nly cntinue the fight with his fallen ppnent when the latter has risen, and when the referee has rdered the cntinuatin f fighting. If the ppnent des nt g t the neutral crner fllwing the referee's rder, the referee will stp the cunt until that rder is executed. 5. The cunt will then be cntinued where it was left. 6. When a Cntestant is n the flr, the referee will cunt frm 1 t 10, and will indicate each secnd with his fingers s that the fallen Cntestant knws hw many secnds have already been cunted. 7. One secnd must pass frm the mment the Cntestant falls dwn t the start f the cunt. 8. When a Cntestant is n the flr due t a blw, the fight will nt cntinue befre the referee has cunted t 8, even if the Cntestant is ready t cntinue the fight befre that time. 9. If the Cntestant desn't raise his hands the referee will cntinue t cunt until "10", the rund will be finished and a KO declared. 10. If a Cntestant is n the flr at the end f a rund, the referee will cntinue the cunt even if the bell rings. 11. If the referee cunts t 10, the Cntestant will be declared lser via KO. 12. If a Cntestant is n the flr after having received a blw and the fight cntinues after the cunt ut f 8 secnds, but the Cntestant falls back n the flr withut receiving a new blw, but due t last blw the Referee will stp the match and the cntestant will be declared lser. 13. If bth Cntestants fall at the same time, the cunt will cntinue n as lng as ne f them is still n the flr. If they bth remain n the flr after 10 secnds, the but will be stpped and decisin given, cnsidering the pints assigned befre the KO. 14. A Cntestant wh des nt resume the fight after the break r after a KO lses the fight. ARTICLE 25 KO OR INJURY SITUATIONS 1. If a fighter gets injury in a fight the dctr are the nly persn that can evaluate the situatin. 2. If a Cntestant remains uncnscius, nly the referee and the dctr in charge will be allwed t stay in the ring. 3. A Cntestant wh has been kncked ut due t a head-blw during the fight, r if the referee has stpped the fight due t severe head trauma which prevents him cntinuing, will be examined by a dctr immediately afterwards, and accmpanied t hspital by the ambulance.

A Cntestant wh has been kncked ut due t a head-blw during the fight, r if the referee has stpped the fight due t severe head trauma which prevents him cntinuing, will nt be allwed t take part in anther cmpetitin r but fr a perid f at least 4 weeks after the KO. 5. A Cntestant wh has been kncked ut due t a head-blw during the fight, r if the referee has stpped the fight due t severe head trauma which prevents him cntinuing, tw times in a perid f 3 mnths, will nt be allwed t take part in anther cmpetitin r but fr a perid f at least 3 mnths after the secnd KO. 6. A Cntestant wh has been kncked ut due t a head-blw during the fight, r if the referee has stpped the fight due t severe head trauma which prevents him cntinuing three cnsecutive times in a perid f 12 mnths, will nt be allwed t take part in a cmpetitin r a but fr a perid f ne year after the third KO. 7. T abve mentined n fighting perids the dctr at place can extend the perids if necessary. 8. Als dctrs at hspital due t tests/scan f head can extend the abve mentined perids. 9. N fighting perid means that a Cntestant can nt take part in cmpetitin in kickbxing n matter what the discipline are, withut any exceptin. 10. The referee will tell the Jury and Judges t mark KO r Injury n their scre sheets, when he r referee has stpped the but due t the Cntestant's inability t resume the fight because f head blws. The same has t be reprted by the Chief referee n duty in that ring n the fighter's WMKF PASS. 11. This is als the fficial result f the fight and it can nt be verruled. 12. Befre resuming kickbxing after a KO r Injury, as described in the abve pints, a Cntestant will, after a special medical examinatin, have t be declared fit t take part in cmpetitin by a sprts dctr by medical certificate that declares athlete s kickbxing cmpetitin fitness. 13. When registered a KO r injury. 14. In case f injuries besides KO the dctr can give a minimum f quarantine perid and recmmend treatment at hspital. 15. After KO r Injury the dctr can require immediately treatment at hspital 16. If a Cntestant r delegates frm Cntestants natin denies dctrs medical advice, the dctr reprt in written frm immediately t chief referee r t a WMKF delegate that all medical respnsibility are denied and are in the hands f the Cntestant and his team. 17. Hwever the fficial result and n fighting perid given are valid. ARTICLE 26 SPORTMANLIKE BEHAVIOUR 1. Befre and after a but, the Cntestants will shake hands as sign f pure sprtsmanship and friendly rivalry, accrding t kickbxing and sprt regulatins. Hand shaking takes place befre starting the first rund and after the decisin. ARTICLE 27 DRUGS 1. Any drug r chemical substance ingested by a Cntestant, which is nt included in the Cntestant's nrmal diet, is frbidden. 2. Any Cntestant r fficial vilating this cde will be disqualified and suspended by the WMKF 3. Any Cntestant refusing t submit t a medical examinatin r dping test, after a fight, in rder t verify that he has nt taken dping substances, will be disqualified and suspended.

14 4. The use f lcal anesthetics is allwed, if agreed by a dctr frm the Medical Cmmittee. 5. WMKF refers t Olympic Cmmittee Dping Rules. ARTICLE 28 MEDICAL PROCEDURES 1. A fighter will be allwed t fight in an Internatinal cmpetitin nly after having been declared fit fr it by a sprts dctr, recgnized fficially in his cuntry. 2. Then all Cntestants fighting abrad will need t have a certificate established by a medical dctr, certifying that the athlete, befre leaving his cuntry, was in gd physical cnditin and had n injuries, infectins r medical prblems that culd affect his ability t fight in the visiting cuntry. 3. This certificate will be attached t the WMKF passprt f the Cntestant, accrding t the practice f his assciatin and presented during the medical the examinatin which will precede weigh-in. 4. Hard cntact lenses are frbidden. 5. A Cntestant will nt be allwed t take part in a match if he has bandage n a wund, a cut, an injury, an ulceratin, a laceratin r bld flwing n the head r face, nse and ears included. 6. He may be allwed t fight if the ulceratin is prtected by Clldin. This decisin will be made by the dctr wh examines the Cntestant n the day f the cmpetitin.
