2 Pictures: Week of March 24 th -March 29 th No dance this week and the desk is closed for payments. No technique class on and Saturday, March 24 th and Wednesday, March 28 th. Come in Costume, make-up and hair (Remember, no underwear!). Ensure everything is labeled. If accounts are NOT paid in full through March, you will not be allowed to order pictures. If picture forms are turned in the week of pictures there will be a $1.00 late fee for each package. No Cameras/Video allowed in the studio. Your accounts must be paid in full to receive your pictures the last day of lessons. Make sure you purchase the Bloch tan tights, White ballet shoes, and Tan Tap shoes from the studio. Every dancer in the class must have the same shoes and tights for their dances Hair color should be natural color for class pictures, and rehearsal and recital. 4 Accounts: All accounts must be paid in FULL by Thursday, April 26 th Payments made after April 26 th, MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITH A CASHIERS CHECK, MONEY ORDER, CASH OR CREDIT. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT POST DATED CHECKS. NO EXCEPTIONS! When purchasing recital tickets after April 26 th, they must be paid for in CASH or CREDIT. If accounts NOT paid in full by April 26 th, students are not able to participate in recital on May 6 th and 13 th.. Tickets: Saturday, April 21 st 8 a.m. Noon Tickets are $17.00, everyone MUST have a ticket Tickets can also be purchased during studio hours, all tickets are reserved and must be purchased at the studio No refunds/exchanges on tickets Tickets can be purchased the day of recitals for $20.00 CASH ONLY For the consideration of others, we request that children under the age of 4 not attend the recitals, as they may be a distraction. The show is about 2 hours with no intermission. Rehearsal: Saturday May 5 th at Eden Prairie High School Valley View Road, Eden Prairie Directions to School: Hwy 5 West. Right on Eden Prairie Road. Left on Valley View Road. Pass the school and take a right on Hames Way (4 way stop sign). Go to the back parking lot.

5 Arrive 30 minutes before your listed time on the schedule in costume, hair and make-up. ALL STUDENTS MUST BE AT REHEARSAL AND BOTH RECITALS anyone who is absent from rehearsal will not be accepted back as a student the following year. Anyone NOT on stage when your dance is called, will be considered absent and will not perform that dance in recital Videotaping is allowed during rehearsal, but NOT during recital. Make sure to charge your batteries before you come. You will not be allowed to plug in at Eden Prairie High School! Stage door is located behind the Performing Arts Building, sign will be posted. Only students are allowed back stage. NO parents or relatives may enter through stage door All younger classes bring a small bag of things to do; color books (no markers), books, etc. DO NOT bring anything valuable. NO FOOD or DRINKS are allowed back stage Help back stage!!!

7 We re looking for backstage help at Shorewood, Robbinsdale and Albertville recitals. Let one of the teachers know if you would be able to assist ASAP. Your help is greatly appreciated! Please arrive 1 Hour prior to show time if you are helping backstage. Recital DVD s for 2018 can be purchased at fall registration! Flower Orders: We will be ordering flowers in advance. There will be order forms to fill out at the desk. Forms are due April 21 st. There will be a table in the lobby at recital to pick up your flowers the day of the show Dance Camp: Monday July 16 th - Friday July 20 th Must complete the 3 rd grade to attend.
