If accounts are NOT paid in full through March, you will not be allowed to order pictures. If picture forms are turned in the week of pictures there will be a $1.00 late fee for each package. No Cameras/Video allowed in the studio. Your accounts must be paid in full to receive your pictures the last day of lessons. Black sparkle boots, boys black nike white bottom Accounts: All accounts must be paid in FULL by Thursday, April 27 th Payments made after April 27 th, MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITH A CASHIERS CHECK, MONEY ORDER, CASH OR CREDIT. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT POST DATED CHECKS. NO EXCEPTIONS! When purchasing recital tickets after April 27 th, they must be paid for in CASH or CREDIT. If accounts NOT paid in full by April 27 th, students are not able to participate in recital on Tickets: May 7 th and 14 th.. Saturday, April 15 th 8 a.m. Noon Tickets are $16.00, everyone MUST have a ticket Tickets can also be purchased during studio hours, all tickets are reserved and must be purchased at the studio No refunds/exchanges on tickets Tickets can be purchased the day of recitals for $20.00 CASH ONLY For the consideration of others, we request that children under the age of 4 not attend the recitals, as they may be a distraction. The show is about 90 minutes with no intermission.

5 Rehearsal: Saturday May 6 th at Eden Prairie High School Valley View Road, Eden Prairie Directions to School: Hwy 5 West. Right on Eden Prairie Road. Left on Valley View Road. Pass the school and take a right on Hames Way (4 way stop sign). Go to the back parking lot. Arrive 30 minutes before your listed time on the schedule in costume, hair and makeup. ALL STUDENTS MUST BE AT REHEARSAL AND BOTH RECITALS anyone who is absent from rehearsal will not be accepted back as a student the following year. Anyone NOT on stage when your dance is called, will be considered absent and will not perform that dance in recital Videotaping is allowed during rehearsal, but NOT during recital. Make sure to charge your batteries before you come. You will not be allowed to plug in at Eden Prairie High School! Every student must have a parent/guardian with them while they are at rehearsal, every student must stay in the Performing Arts Building Absolutely NO FOOD OR DRINK in the auditorium PLEASE BE ON YOUR BEST BEHAVIOR Recital: Sunday, May 7 12 p.m. (Show unit on stage at 11 a.m. for All Show Unit Picture, all other classes at 11:30 a.m.) Sunday, May 14 6:30p.m. (Show unit arrive at 5:00 p.m., all other classes arrive at 6:00 p.m.) Students must enter through the stage door Show Unit, arrive 1 hour before, all other classes, 30 minutes before. Stage door is located behind the Performing Arts Building, sign will be posted.

6 Only students are allowed back stage. NO parents or relatives may enter through stage door All younger classes bring a small bag of things to do; color books (no markers), books, etc. DO NOT bring anything valuable. NO FOOD or DRINKS are allowed back stage Help back stage!!! We re looking for backstage help at Shorewood, Robbinsdale and Albertville recitals. Let one of the teachers know if you would be able to assist ASAP. Your help is greatly appreciated! Please arrive 1 Hour prior to show time if you are helping backstage. Recital DVD s for 2017 can be purchased at fall registration! Flower Orders: We will be ordering flowers ahead of time this year, there will be order forms to fill out at the desk. There will be a table in the lobby at recital to pick up your flowers the day of the show Dance Camp: Monday July 10 th - Friday July 14 th Must complete the 3 rd grade to attend.
