We have a wide variety of interesting and challenging games that we play during the year and each one of them are met with different levels of enthusiasm. NEWS FROM Betty Gibson MWGA Representative Our Spring Fling Dance Fundraiser was a great success. Thank you to everyone who contributed and participated. Our bathroom renovations will begin in June. Congratulations to Linda Hodgson for her Eagle on hole #6. Linda Hodgson Eagle #6 Sherry Anderson has an organized group that play on Monday afternoon called Monday Madness. After a long day on the course, they all got together for their weekly business meeting and a photo shoot. Flight winners for games this past month were: FONE- Francie Traviola, Christa Bowen and Nancy Oberts Blind Nine- Karen Teeguarden tied with Jan Dubsky, Helen Olchowik and Mary Clemans We had exceptional participation in the Ringer Tournament with 42 ladies playing. The weather was wonderful, everyone seemed to have a fun time and lunch was delicious. Flight winners were Betty Hudi, Judy Taylor and Jean Bailey. 6 Men s Spring Scramble The 2016 Spring Scramble was held on Saturday April 30 at Monarch Golf Club. It was open to both members and nonmembers, teamed up with ABCD players playing off from Gold tees. There was a tie for first place (61) which resulted in a shoot out. After playing holes 18, 17 & 18, our Pro Craig, made the decision to keep it as a tie and split the winnings.
