2 A MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRPERSON Welcome to the 2017 Mentor Area Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing! On behalf of the Mentor Chamber of Commerce Staff and Board of Directors, we would like to thank you for participating Mentor Area Chamber Golf Outing. Because of your support, this outing is our biggest non-dues fundraiser each year. Please take some time to introduce yourself and thank our sponsors that are supporting the golf outing today. I believe the support and participation of our Sponsors at the outing is what makes our outing so unique and special. So thank you, sponsors! I want to thank the staff at the Chamber, as well as the Golf Committee and all other volunteers, who have spent the past few months planning the outing to make it not only enjoyable for the golfers, but for all the sponsors who are here today. Thank you to the Staff at Black Brook Golf Course, as well as the City of Mentor for hosting our outing. The course is in great shape and the staff has been very accommodating working with us to hold the event here. Again, thank you for joining us today and I hope you enjoy the day and get an opportunity to meet new people and other businesses and organizations within our Community. Good Luck! Nate Bell Mentor Area Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Board 2017 The team with the lowest total gross score for the 18 holes will be awarded as the winner. In the event of a tie, the team that scores the lowest on the #1 handicap hole will be declared the winner. If that does not break the tie, the team that scores the lowest on the #2 handicap hole will be declared the winner. We will continue this process in the order of handicap through all 18 holes until a winner is determined. Prizes will be awarded to the two teams with the lowest gross score. Any tiebreakers for placed teams will be decided based on lowest score on the #1 handicap hole and continue as needed through all 18 holes. Skins game prizes will also be awarded to any participating team that records a lower score on a hole than all other teams that enter the skins game competition. All skins pay equally in the event of multiple team winners. The winning teams will share the total entry fees of all participating skins game teams. $300 FIRST PRIZE $200 SECOND PRIZE The Mentor Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation and Leadership Lake County are hosting a clambake to raise money for student scholarships!
