We wish all compe tors good luck and safe riding and hope that all supporters and spectators enjoy the weekend in the beau ful surrounds of the Yarra Valley at the Pony Club Equestrian Centre. 5 OVERVIEW The Prince Philip Mounted Games Teams Challenge comprises of 10 games ridden on the same day consecu vely. Games will commence at 9am sharp. Lunch will be a er the 5th or 6th event (or at the discre on of the judges). Club Teams may be entered and excess riders may be offered a ride in a composite team if space in the draw allows. Composite club teams can be entered, but are restricted to a maximum of two Junior or Senior Victorian squad 018 members. RULES & POLICIES The compe ons are conducted in accordance with the current PCV Rules for the year in which the Championship is conducted. PCV Gear Rules PCV Handbook of By-laws PCV SunSmart, SmokeFree and Alcohol Policies PCV Code of Conduct CODE OF CONDUCT PCV Code of Conduct applies. Any conduct unbecoming of a Team Manager, parent and/or a compe tor including bad language, is a reportable incident and may lead to a Team or Individual disqualifica on on the day.

Competition Rules SUBSTITUTIONS If a combina on that has been entered and is subsequently unable to compete, another eligible combina on may be subs tuted. However, the subs tu on must be: Either from the same club or for Composite Teams not exceed two Vic Junior or Senior Squad members from different clubs. Individual Entry a rider wishing to enter as an individual will be balloted in to a composite team by the organising commi ee.
