9 Hillabee Expansion Phases I and II Status: Target In-Service Date: Phase I went in service July 11, 2017 (818 MDth/d). Phase II in Q (207 MDth/d). Zone 5 Zone 4 > Point-to-point lease with Sabal Trail from Station 85 to a new interconnect in Hillabee, AL > Leased capacity is used by Sabal Trail to provide access to Station 85 for its greenfield pipeline, which extends to central Florida to serve Florida markets > Capacity: Phased project of 1,025 MDth/d 9

10 Dalton Status: Full project went in service on August 1, 2017 > Expansion from Transco s Station 210 to markets in northwest Georgia. > Capacity: 448 MDth/d. 10
