1 Dear parent(s), The countdown to the 2018 Montreal Canadiens Hockey school has begun. In order to assist you in planning your child s week, we have included the following checklist. For the on-ice hockey sessions, please bring: Complete set of hockey equipment Two hockey sticks (in case one breaks) Additional undergarments and socks Good quality skate laces Plastic tape or elastics for shin guards Sharpened skates For the off-ice sessions, please bring: Running shoes T-shirt Sweatshirt Shorts Socks Please put your child s name on all belongings.

2 Phone number You can reach us any time at Arrival and Departure Times Arrival Gr. 1 &2: 8h00 Gr. 3&4: 8h30 Departure: From 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. We remind you that it is important to respect the arrival and departure times of the camp. *It is your responsibility to advise the administration coordinator of any late arrivals or early departures. Photos and lost Objects IMPORTANT: The Club de hockey Canadien, Inc. will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen objects. Also, please note that all pictures and videos taken during the camp are the property of the Club de hockey Canadien, Inc., and can be used in future advertising and/or promotional campaigns. In the event that your child would prefer something other than what is on the menu, it is your responsibility to provide them with a lunch. If you replace your child s lunch, please advise the administration coordinator upon arrival at the Hockey School. SNACKS Please prepare two snacks per day for your child, one for the morning and one for the afternoon. We suggest juice, fruit, and granola bars (without nuts).
