This incredible group of Charolais Bulls from Bob & Nicki Miles, Seven Quarter Circle Charolais and Charmil Ranching, Bob Miles Jr. Brought buyers from through out B.C. This top sale started off with a most enjoyable lunch. Nicki had the ring men and auctioneers all dressed up in Red shirts and Black ties. The high selling bull was purchased by Ellis Cattle Co. for Two second high selling bulls tied for One selling to Gary Andrews of Lumby for and the other selling to Pablo Mountain Cattle Co. for Volume buyers were the Douglas Lake Cattle Co., John mcnolty and Stew Roberts. A huge thank you for one first class sale of quality bulls. WILLIAMS LAKE BEST BET BULL SALE MITCHELL CATTLE CO & GUEST SATURDAY APRIL 1ST The Best Bet Bull Sale, Mitchell Cattle Co. and Crosby Cattle Co. was wall to wall buyers and the auction was wild. This top notch sale started off with again a huge lunch provided by Mitchell Cattle Co and Crosby Cattle Co. The place was full, every possible seat was taken and nobody moved until the sale was over in 2 hours & 20 minutes. Mitchell Cattle Co. started the sale off with their Red Angus bulls. Peter & Sharm Philip selected the high seller Lot # 58 for Fred Bowers selected the second high seller, Lot # 49 for Crosby Cattle Co. moved in then with their choice of Black Angus Bulls watching powerful bulls tie for high sellers. Lot #81 sold to the Woodjam Ranch for and Lot # 107D sold to Garrett Ranch s for Harry & Marilyn Clemitson selected the second high seller, 75D for Mitchell Cattle Co. then hit the sale ring with their top Red Simmental Bulls. The Squaw Valley Ranch selected Lot #36, the high seller for Pooles Arrow Ranch right on their heels, selecting Lot # 38 for The Black Simmental s saw Ellis Cattle Co. select Lot #3 for and Wayne & Jackie Vansickle selected Lot #12 for

3 VANDERHOOF ALL BREEDS BULL SALE SATURDAY, APRIL 8 TH What a great crowd we had here for the 42nd annual All Breeds Bull Sale. The Wrangler 4-H club did a great job serving beef on a bun provided by Westline Ford and the Vanderhoof Co-op. We saw a great representation of bulls from 4 breeds and this year we start with Angus. Lot#1 from Matt s Red Angus showed a powerful two year old Red Angus bull, registered name Matt s Max 11C set the pace at North 40 Red Angus, with a great set of yearling bulls, their top bull was Lot #8, Red North 40 Rough Rider 21D at Jayron Weins joins us for the first time, and what a classy pen of Black Angus bulls. Lot #14 NCL Deacon 07D hit the roof at Day-Lite Farms showcased another cr op of quality 2 year old Black Angus bulls, Lot #17 Day-Lite Cross 9C showed the strongest at Broken Saw Farms back again with solid Red Angus bulls. Lot # 20 Red Broken Saw Barn Dance 2C hit Skara Brae Angus never fail to bring top notch Black Angus bulls. Lot #23 Skara Brae Right Time 48D raced to Quick Haven Angus here with Black Angus bulls. Lot #29 Quick Haven Dynasty Maker 18D sold for Meints Cattle Co. back with a great pen of Red Angus bulls. Topping the pen was Lot #35, Red Meints Chasin 9D at Henry & Bonnie Meints, also with Red Angus saw their lot #38 Red Cruze Duke stop the bid at Richardson Ranch as always had an elite pen of polled Herefords. Their best was Lot #43 Tlell 200Z Denim 11D at Copper T Ranch also with good quality polled Hereford bulls. Best in their pen was Lot #41 Copper-T 2W Gold Coin 20C at TK Cattle Co. brought another set of great Charolais bulls. Lot #47 TKCC Continental 15C ran to the top at Southside Charolais showed us what 2 year old Charolais should look like with Lot #50, Southside Dahlia 7C topping the sale at Giddings Brothers displayed a set of growth Charolais bulls. Lot #52, Gid Rider 4D brought M Simmental with a nice even set of Red Simmentals saw lot # 56, Three m Red Diago 11D rise to the top at Lorne Webster in with Black Simmental bulls had Lot #64, LGW in command 7D drive the bid to Finally we capped the whole deal with years of quality we come to expect from Crosby Cattle Co. Lot # 68, Xbar Gunnerson 14D was their best at Again we thank all who attended, it was great to see such a full building. The contributors did a top notch job preparing the bulls and we made a great day of it. Don t forget our next regular sale is April 28th, over 500 booked in already. KAMLOOPS REGULAR SALE TUESDAY APRIL 11 TH Well again, huge receipts in Kamloops as this week we saw close to 1000 head hit the sale ring. The Benedict Ranch set the pace for butcher bulls selling 2000 lb bulls at The Ward Creek Ranch with 1173 lb butcher cows marking Bill Armstrong from Salmon Ar m had 1368 lb butcher cows mark Feeder cattle set a pace as Tom & Linda Hancock presented 50 top calves. Their pen of 757 lb Black Angus s/c saw , their pen of 637 lb s/c notched head of their 652 lb s/c today notched Layton Bryson with some excellent heavy Black Angus steers, his 990 lb steers powered to , the next group of steers, 896 lb saw Their 780 lb steers topped their weight range at A large group, 20 of their 688 lb steers marched to The Squaw Valley Ranch from Lumby saw their 100 calves catch fire.
