Since it s inception in July of 2010, Run for God has undergone tremendous growth. By Gods grace this program of 22 people in one church has grown to over 27,000 people in over 1200 churches in 49 states and 6 countries in less than 48 months. We have been very cautious in our decision-making and have always made sure that spreading the gospel remains our number one goal! Run for God continues to grow from not only a 5K program, but a half marathon and triathlon program as well. Mitchell truly has a heart for endurance ministry and has finally accepted the fact that sometimes the Lord just does not want you to remain in your comfort zone. The race is a graduation ceremony for our students and we want it to be one of the most memorable moments of their lives. We like to create Finish Line Energy! A race is just not the same without it. The finish line experience gives runners an opportunity to invite friends and family to share their big accomplishment with them. Nothing can boost your endurance more than sharing that moment with loved ones. For you, this means maximum exposure for your brand. 9 hear what rfg alumni are saying this is a great study for any church or small group. It shows you the parallels between running a regular race and running the Christian Race in life. A 12 week study to help anyone, and I mean anyone be able to finish a 5k (3.1) miles race. I led this in our church, we have around 300 on the role, and we have almost 100 people doing this course (Ages from 6 years old up to people in the late 70 s). Being a runner for most of my life I have still learned a lot from this course. Give it a try, the Lord will do the rest! - Jason just think in January it was all we could do to run 90 seconds and now look, we finished our first (of many) races tonight. I am so thankful for this class and what it has meant to me and my family. I just want everyone to know, how much I appreciate them and love them. Couldn t help but tear up as everyone was crossing the finish line. Remember that it is not how fast you run, but that you finish and give God the glory! - Jeff i cannot express how much Run For God has done for me mentally, physically, and spiritually. The support system that you get with the program is indescribable. I ran my first 5K in December and I am running my second at Run at the Mill in April. I never enjoyed running and now I do. It is my peaceful time where I am able to tune out the stresses of the day and be alone with God. It is my time to pray and let Him speak to me.
