3 IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BASIC SAFETY RULES After yu have unwrapped the device, check whether it is intact and cmplete. Upn planning and executin, the valid requirements f the lcal gas prvider, the cnstructin industrial and envirnmental standards, and the prevailing electric and ther standards must be taken int cnsideratin and must be abided by t the full. The manufacturer cannt take respnsibility fr unprfessinal peratin and ther mechanical injuries that emerge frm unprfessinal peratin. In case f failure, if yu cannt eliminate the failure n the basis f the instructins f the manual, call the appinted brand service statin. Check the pressure f the heating system regularly, and d nt let it drp under 1 bar. If the device repeatedly shuts dwn blcking, n several ccasins call the brand service; in the meanwhile, d the fllwing: Turn ff the main switch f the device (cut ff the current). Shut f the cnnected gas and water supply. In case f frst danger, drain the heating and HWU water cycles (draining). In the interest f safe and ecnmic peratin, it is practical t have the cntrl examinatin recmmended by the manufacturer and the necessary maintenance jbs carried ut n the device by the appinted prfessinal service statin at least nce a year. The user is t pay attentin t the fact that this device uses gas, electric energy and water during its peratin, which pses sme basic safety rules: The biler must nt be used by children and nn-authrised persns. D nt use electric devices, machines, equipment, d nt turn n the light if yu can smell gas. In this case, clse the gas tap, air the rm and call the prfessinal service. D nt tuch the biler with wet hands r if yu are in yur bare feet. D nt clean the biler while it is n and is perating. Only the authrised prfessinal service statin can replace safety and ther parts in the device, and nly with the riginal factry-identical parts. D nt pull r twist the cnnectin cable f the biler while it is live. The peratin f the device requires air supplement, therefre, d nt cver r clse, and d nt narrw dwn the vents r windws that can prvide the supplement f air necessary fr burning. Because f the danger f freezing, d nt install the biler in an pen rm. D nt stre packaging materials (cardbard paper, plastic r wd) and cmbustible r explsive materials clse t the biler. 4 GENERAL INTRODUCTION Basic mdel, atmspheric furnace chamber ht water gas biler with cast-irn segmented heat-exchanger. It is suitable fr the realisatin f the pump-system central heating f residential and public buildings and tgether with the indirectly heated ht water cntainers that can be installed next t them fr the realisatin f the ht water supply fr use, as well as fr any industrial-purpse applicatin where the C water temperature range f regulatin is suitable. Its peratin prvides the fllwing variatins f cmfrt: Winter peratin: heating and/r ht water prductin (the latter with preference) Summer peratin: nly ht water prductin (heating demand switched ff) Executin: with built-in autmatic purging valve and safety blw-ff valve. The peratin f the burner system f the device: The device has a three-pint regulatin, where the cntrl regulates the burner system f the device in such a manner that if the temperature f the biler is ver 6 C belw the set value, it keeps it at nminal utput, if between 6 C and the set value, at partial lad, if it exceeds the set value, it switches it ff. Its peratin is pssible with piped natural gas ( H r S ), (I 2H,S ). The gas fittings are prvided with pressuregage studs f the apprpriate frmatin, which are suitable fr the measuring f the cnnectin (gas netwrk) pressure and the burner pressure (befre the nzzles). The nminal, perating parameters f the biler are t be fund in the technical data table. The regulatin f the biler cntrl is digital. The devices cntain weather-dependent heating cntrl. With rm thermstats f daily and weekly prgramming, the pssibilities can be extended even further. Type f the cnduct f cmbustin prducts: B11BS IDENTIFICATION The data plate serving the identificatin f the biler can be fund after the remval f the dr f the device, n the inside wall f the left-side husing. D nt remve the data plate and d nt damage it! This data plate cntains the main parameters f the device and the individual identificatin infrmatin (type, prductin number, date f prductin, etc.). Imprtant safety functins in the peratin f the biler: 1. The pst-circulatin f the heating pump until the temperature f the biler drps under 38 C. 2. After the HWU perating mde the pump wrks until the water temperature f the biler and the temperature f the water are the same. 3. Prtectin f the biler: restricting thermstat fr the preventin f the ver-heating f the heating water. 4. Prtectin f life: flue gas restrictr thermstat fr the preventin f the flw back f the cmbustin prducts. 5. Frst-prtectin functin. 6. Prtectin against the jamming f the pump axle. Structural characteristics The heat-exchanger f the biler depending n the required utput is cnstituted by cast-irn segments. Its segmentatin with the insertin f special cne rings takes place after the segments have been pressed tgether, with treaded fastening sides. Its insulatin is textile fibre-reinfrced glass-wl quilt cvered with aluminium fil. The gas fittings are prvided with pressure-gage studs f the apprpriate frmatin, which are suitable fr the measuring f the cnnectin (gas netwrk) pressure and the burner pressure (befre the nzzles). The husing f the biler is aesthetic, cvered with electrstatic pwder-painting and wear-resistant cating. In the case f a cnnected exterir temperature sensr and clsed JP4 jumper, the frward water temperature will be set autmatically by the electrnic system, accrding t the prevailing exterir temperature. This regulatin can be influenced with the steepness setting turn knb (1), and the heating regulatr turn knb (2), which nw functins as a parallel shift regulatr turn knb. By setting steepness, we can influence t what extent the change f the exterir temperatures shuld influence the heating frward value. By increasing the value n the regulating knb, a particular change f the exterir temperatures is fllwed by a greater change in the temperature f the water. By turning the heating regulatr knb, we can mdify the whle regulating range, by increasing r decreasing it, which increases r decreases the permanent temperature f the heated rms. The perative prcesses take place autmatically: the electrnic device prduces sparks, the burner lights, and the gas biler starts heating up accrding t the temperature set. - The preparatin f HWU: set the required temperature value with the regulating turn knb (3). - Setting the temperature f the heating water: if the exterir temperature sensr is nt cnnected and the JP4 jumper is pen, this takes place by setting the heating temperature regulating turn knb (2) at the apprpriate value. Shutting dwn the biler: turn the mde f peratin switch in 0 psitin. In this mde f peratin, the device is still under electricity, thus it is frbidden and dangerus t ne s life t pen the switching cabinet and t und the electric cables! The perfrmance f any repair r maintenance wrk is pssible nly if the exterir main switch r the fuse f the device has been turned ff! Warning! The ignitin cable is marked with red clur, it cannt be switched with the cable f the flame-guard because then the biler will becme unable t perate. 9 GENERAL VERSION 1 GB

10 Trubleshting If ignitin des nt take place autmatically, the errr indicatr lamp press buttn (8) is lit the peratin f the burner head can be checked thrugh the peephle. Upn pressing the errr indicatr lamp press buttn, the errr indicatr lamp ges ut, the autmatic ignitin prcess is repeated. If the biler has nt been perative fr a lng time r has nt been perated ever, it is natural t repeat the prcess several times as the gas system filled with air has t be ventilated. In the event f several unsuccessful attempts, call the clleagues f Unical Márkaszerviz. These types wrk prperly nly in the event f phase-spt electric cnnectin! The peratin f the gas device The temperature f the heating water can be regulated between C but accrding t the heating demand, the perating temperature f the biler is t be chsen in such a manner that the temperature f the return heating water is nt lwer than 45 C. Belw this temperature, the cmbustin prduct may get cndensed, and the settling steam may lead t the crrsin and failure f the biler bdy. During peratin, keep the dr f the gas biler clsed! After lighting, the gas burner perates at lw utput fr 30 secnds, then it switches t nminal utput. At 38 C f the biler water, the circulatin pump switches n. When the temperature f the water appraches the set value by 6 C, the device switches t decreased utput. Upn reaching the set water temperature, the main burner switches ff. If the frward temperature drps 4 C belw the set value, it switches n again with decreased utput. If the frward water temperature keeps decreasing, by 7 C under the set value, it switches t full utput again. Naturally, the heating prcess described nly takes place if the rm thermstat is turned n. When the rm thermstat is turned ff, a heating cycle is finished and a 300-secnd lng interval is started, within which the heating pump pst-circulates fr 120 secnds r until the heating water drps under 38 C. The bilers have a frst-prtectin functin. The temperature f the frward water drps under 8 C, a 120-secnd lng watercirculatin is started, after which, if the temperature f the water increases abve 8 C, the pump stps, but if the temperature f the water still remains under 8 C, the circulatin cycle starts again. When the temperature f the water drps under 5 C, the decreased utput f the burner starts, then after 30 secnds, it perates with full utput until it reaches 39 C. Abve 39 C, it heats with decreased utput until it reaches 45 C, when the burner switches ff, and the pump pst-circulates fr anther 120 secnds. In case f a cnnected indirect cntainer, the device has an Antileginella functin. The functin can be switched n by putting the shrt-circuit caps n the JP1-JP2 jumper legs. With the functin turned n, nce a week the device heats up the biler t 65 C. When it is turned n, the device starts with this functin, and starts the weekly cycles frm here. The device is equipped with a temperature restrictr(s), by which security (lcked) turning ff is perfrmed during the peratin f the biler: 1. In the case f unsuccessful ignitin r missing flame, 2. In case f the interventin f the water temperature separatr 96 C, its display is indicatr In case f the interventin f the flue gas temperature separatr thermstat 90 C, its display is indicatr In the event the water pressure switch is turned ff. It is strictly FORBIDDEN t eliminate the safety, interventin fixtures! Signs f disrder The LED n the perating surface (5) warns f the pssible failure and lcked stppage f the NTC sensrs and restrictrs by blinking. Attentin! The device is allwed t be restarted nly after the reasn leading t its stppage has been eliminated! Fr the re-start, the dr f the device is t be pened, and the lcking-release buttn lcated n the left side f the first cnnecting sheet must be pressed. D nt miss t use the appinted service statin! D nt endanger yur safety and the safety f yur envirnment by unprfessinal interventins! The flw-back f the cmbustin prduct may lead t death! The replacement f brken parts can be carried ut nly by the appinted prfessinal service statin and nly with riginal factry parts! The replacement f brken safety separatr thermstats can be carried ut nly after the peratin test f the new part has been perfrmed! Attentin! 11 TURNING ON Autmatic mde f peratin These devices d nt require the manual handling f the gas valve as the device wrks autmatically by simply setting the perating devices placed n the frnt sheet f the biler t the desired value, accrding t the fllwing. - Turn n the exterir mains switch. - Open the gas tap and the water-side clsing fixtures. - In the case f the cnnectin f an exterir temperature sensr, set the values f steepness and parallel shifting accrding t the nature f the heating system and the building. (1, 2) - In case f the manual mde f peratin, if there is n exterir sensr, set the biler regulatr thermstat (2) accrding t the desired temperature. - Set the mde f peratin switch (4) accrding t the desired mde f peratin: Winter mde f peratin heating and the prductin f ht water fr use at the indirect cntainer cnnected t the biler. Summer mde f peratin - the prductin f ht water fr use at the indirect cntainer cnnected t the biler. The fllwing prcesses take place autmatically: the electrnic system prduces sparks, the burner lights, and the gas biler starts heating-up accrding t the set temperature value. The setting f the desired ht water temperature at the cnnected indirect cntainer, with the ht water fr use regulatr (3). 11 HANDLING THE DEVICE VERSION 1 GB

12 After a lng pause f peratin, it may happen that the device des nt start up. In this case the fllwing is t be checked and perfrmed: Check whether the taps f the gas and water, as well as f the heating system are pen. Check if the heating system is filled up, there has t be at least 1 bar pressure. Turn ff the exterir separatr switch f the biler, then back n again. Check the setting f the rm thermstat and turn it ff and n. In the case f manual mde, if there is n utside sensr, set the biler regulatr thermstat (2) at the desired temperature. Set the mde f peratin switch int winter mde (4). In the summer mde, the biler nly perfrms the prductin f ht water fr use if there is an indirect cntainer cnnected. Otherwise the device des nt wrk in the summer mde setting. 12 HANDLING THE DEVICE VERSION 1 GB

13 The peratin f the biler is started and lasts until the biler water temperature reaches the set temperature value, r the rm thermstat switches ff. In the event f an ignitin errr, the illuminated reset push buttn lights up with red light. The prcess f re-starting is the fllwing: - Press the reset push buttn, - Wait until the ignitin prcedure is repeated, and peratin is started. If the ignitin prcedure is unsuccessful again, restarting can be repeated after a minute r tw. The number f repeated re-starting can be maximum 3. After this call the brand service. SETTING THE BOILER THERMOSTAT When the utside temperature changes, the heating temperature is als t be changed. The clder the utside temperature is, the htter heating water we need. With weather-dependent regulatin this takes place autmatically. In the case f manual mde f peratin, t increase the temperature f the heating water, the heating temperature regulatr buttn is t be turned clckwise; turning it anti-clckwise decreases the temperature f the biler. T avid cndensatin, the frward temperature set must be at least such that the temperature f the return water is abve 40 C. TEMPORARY SHUT-DOWN If, because f a hliday, excursin r sme ther reasn, yu want t turn ff the biler, yu have t d the fllwing: Turn the mde f peratin switch f the biler t 0 psitin, the mains indicatr is lit. Yu have nthing else t d: in the stand-by mde f peratin nly the prtective functins f the biler perate, which are frst prtectin and the axel mvement f the pump. 13 HANDLING THE DEVICE VERSION 1 GB

14 SHUTTING DOWN FOR A LONGER PERIOD OF TIME In this case the fllwing is t be dne: Turn the mde f peratin switch f the biler t 0 psitin, the mains indicatr is lit. If there is danger f freezing, drain the water frm the heating and HWU systems. CLEANING The utside husing f the biler can be cleaned with a sft, wet clth with sme detergent. In case f stubbrn siling, remval can be executed with a clth dampened in the mixture f 50% denaturated alchl and water. Turn ff the exterir separatr switch f the biler. Clse the water tap. The cleaning f the biler bdy and smke ducts is t be carried ut by the prfessinal service statin, at regular intervals. D nt use rugh scuring agents! Befre yu start the cleaning f the biler, turn ff the main switch f the biler and the exterir separatr switch. MAINTENANCE The regular maintenance and check-up f gas devices is specified by EU directives and standards. Prfessinal and experienced service statins trained fr the mdel secure the fllwing fr yur device: Greater security; Abiding by the legal requirements; Decreasing the chances f technical failures. THE DOCUMENTATION OF THE PRODUCT The manual and list f services belnging t the prduct is placed n tp f the device, in a plastic bag, inside the packaging. 16 THE BOILER ROOM UNICAL GHISS MAX bilers are allwed t be fitted nly in rms where the necessary supply f air (ventilatin), required by the standards, is prvided fr the device, and which meet the fire safety and ther requirements. CONNECTING THE BOILER TO THE EXISTING OLD HEATING SYSTEM If we cnnect the biler with an ld heating system, the fllwing is t be abided by: The diameter and height f the chimney is t meet the new requirements, it must be f the sufficient cleanness, and prvide the necessary amunt f draught. Water quality values The electric system is t meet the regulatin requirements f PH the biler. Electric cnductibility < 200 mv/cm (25 C) The pipes and fixtures f natural gas and gas are t secure the Chlride in < 50 ppm amunt and pressure f fuel required fr the biler accrding t Sulphuric acid in < 50 ppm the standards. The clsed expansin tank f the system is t be f the Sum ttal irn cntents < 0,3 ppm sufficient size and pre-tensin pressure s that it can Alkaline metals < 50 ppm cmpensate fr the changes f pressure f the system due t Hardness f water 35 F changes in temperature. Sulphur in nne The utput f the heating circulatin pump, as well as the place Ammnia in nne and directin f installatin are t meet the new requirements. Silicn in < 50 ppm The hydraulic system is t be free f air and sediment. This can be achieved by means f the thrugh cleaning f the system befre cnnectin. Better results can be achieved by means f washing thrugh with chemicals. The requirements twards the chemical cmpsitin f the water f the system can be fund in the table. HYDRAULIC CONNECTION The cnnectin place f the heating system and the system f water fr use t the bilers is illustrated by the fllwing figure. Chsing the type that best fits the heating system f the building is the task f the designer. 17 ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS The devices have the fllwing electric cnnectins. Mains cnnectin 230 V 50 Hz, rm thermstat cnnectin, heating and ht water fr use pump cnnectin, exterir sensr cnnectin. These cnnectins can be fund inside the instrument bx, are f serial cnnectin, and are equipped with prper labels. Access is prvided in the fllwing way: Remve the tp f the biler, which is fastened by snaps. Unscrew the screws f the lid f the instrument bx, and yu will have access t the cnnecting switches. When cnnecting the pumps, pay attentin t the fact that the cnnectins can be laded with maximum 1A! 18 The fllwing rules are t be abided by at the electric cnnectins: 1. Cnnect the mains cable plarity crrect t the electric netwrk. The length f this can be maximum 3 m. 2. Marking at the cnnectin: L phase cnductr, N nil cnductr. 3. The recmmended crss sectin f the cnnecting cables is 1.5 mm 2, a hse cnductr free f injuries. 4. Cnnectin is t be carried ut accrding t the electric cnnectin diagram. 5. The cnnectin f the prtective cnductr is cmpulsry. Gas r water pipes must nt be used fr the prtective cable! The biler and the pipe-system must be cnnected with the shck-prtectin system with standard prtective cnductr. The manufacturer undertakes n liability fr incrrect installatin! CHANNELING THE COMBUSTION PRODUCTS Cnnect the biler with the chimney accrding t the valid standards and specificatins. Cnnectin is t be executed with stiff pipes, prviding sufficient caulking, als cunting n pssibly frming cndensatin water. The mechanical fastening f the cnnecting pipes is t be secured against mvement and slipping ut. The bilers are equipped with flue gas restricting thermstats, which if the flue gas flws back switches ff the peratin f the biler in a lcked manner. The use f an un-insulated exterir chimney pses ptential dangers. The cnnectin f GHISS MAX devices t the chimney. GAS CONNECTION Only piped natural gas can be cnnected t the device. Befre yu carry ut the cnnectin, the fllwing is t be executed: Check the cleanness f the gas pipe and if necessary, a filter is t be installed befre the biler. The gas cnnectin is t prvide gas f the apprpriate amunt and pressure, and the prper functining f the measuring and security systems is t be checked. After yu have cnnected the device with the gas system, check the intact cnditin f the seal and whether the standards are abided by. The cnnecting size f the gas pipeline between 70 and 160 is 1, and between 180 and 200 is 1 ½. The air necessary fr the peratin f the biler is t be prvided thrugh dr and windws n the walls f the rm r ventilatin grates! Prviding air, ventilatin - The replacement f the air f the rm where the device is shuld be at least five-fld per hur! With devices with an utput f ver 140 kw, if the value f the lad n the air is ver 1100 W/m 3, lamellar - pening surfaces are t be prvided n the walls r the rf. If the nature f the building des nt allw this, it is cmpulsry t use a gas sensr. Over specific lad f 2800 W/m 3 n the air 2 gas sensrs perating independent f each ther are t be installed! - If the air-supply f the rm takes place thrugh an pening prvided with a clsing fixture (flap, mbile shutters, etc.) r thrugh a pipe, the gas supply f the device is t be lcked with this. - With artificial ventilatin, the gas supply f the device is t be lcked with the ventilatin device in such a manner that in the event f the absence f the ventilatin air the device culd nt be perated. - Only blw-in (ver-pressure) ventilatin can be used fr artificial ventilatin. 18 SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS VERSION 1. 19 FILLING UP AND DRAINING THE SYSTEM N filling-draining tap has been installed int these devices, therefre, upn the establishment f the heating system, the installatin f this must be prvided at the lwest pint f the return pipe. Befre yu start t fill up, the fllwing is t be dne: Turn ff the main switch f the biler. Open the filling tap until the pressure f the system reaches 1.5 bar. Clse the filling tap. Turn n the biler. Draining: Befre yu start draining, turn ff the biler. Open the draining tap. PREPARATIONS FOR START-UP Befre yu turn n the device, remve the dr f the biler and check the fllwing: The taps f the heating system and the gas cnnectin are pen. The type and cnnectin pressure f the gas is suitable fr the device. The pressure f the heating system when cld is ver 1 bar, and it has t be free f air. The pressure f the expansin tank befre the system is filled up, must be 0,8 ~ 1 bar. The cnnectin f the electric system is suitable fr the device. The cnnectin f the cmbustin prduct cnducting channel (chimney) is suitable. FIRST START-UP D the fllwing fr the start-up f the device: Turn n the exterir separatr switch. Set the rm thermstat fr the desired value. Set the mde f peratin switch in winter psitin. In the summer psitin, the biler nly prduces ht water fr use, if there is an indirect cntainer cnnected and the JP3 jumper is shrt-circuited. Otherwise the device des nt wrk in summer psitin. 20 The ignitin prcedure f the biler starts, sparks are prduced autmatically, then perates cntinuusly until the biler r the rm thermstat switches ff. In the event f an ignitin fault, the illuminated re-set push buttn is lit in red. The prcess f re-starting is the fllwing: - Press the re-set push buttn, - Wait until the ignitin prcedure is repeated and peratin starts. It may happen that during cntinuus peratin the biler stps and the errr indicatr light flashes (the tp ne). Fr re-setting, d the fllwing: Remve the dr f the biler, fastened by snaps. On the first cnnecting sheet, there are tw hexagnal plastic prtective caps. Twist them ff, and under them are tw push buttns. The left-side is the flue-gas restrictr, the right-side is the temperature restrictr thermstat. Push in the buttns as far as they g. 21 CHECKING DURING OPERATION After start-up, the fllwing is t be checked: The mde f peratin switch f the biler ff, then switching t winter mde f peratin. The peratin f the biler cntrl (parallel shifting) by turning the biler temperature buttn left, then right. The peratin f the rm thermstat by turning it ff and n. After the rm thermstat has been turned ff and n, the biler restarts nly after 5 minutes! The peratin f the pump. The peratin f the exterir separatr switch by turning it ff and n. 22 SHUTTING DOWN FOR A LONGER TIME In this case, the fllwing is t be dne: Turn ff the mde f peratin switch f the biler. Turn ff the exterir separatr switch f the biler. Turn ff the gas tap. If there is danger f freezing, drain the water frm the heating and HWU systems. MAINTENANCE On the basis f standards and regulatins, the gas device requires regular maintenance and peridical check-ups. This increases the peratinal safety f the system, and thrugh the maintenance, it is secured that the device always perate with utmst efficiency, and thus the cnsumptin f gas is the lwest. The calibratin values can be fund in the table belw. These are needed because after a pssible repair it is necessary t carry ut calibratin; calibratin is als necessary if the gas type has t be switched. The gas-technical calibratin f the gas device and switching t anther type f gas can nly be carried ut by the members f a prfessinal service statin! The methd f switching t ther types f gas will be intrduced belw. The regulatin f the gas burner: Lsening the screw f the measuring stud n the gas cllectr. Cnnecting the pressure gage r U-pipe manmeter. Turn n the gas device and set the temperature regulatr at maximum. Remve the clsing cap f the gas valve. 1, In the event f ne gas valve: Set the gas pressure t the value given in the table - based n 100% utput - when the display f the device indicates peratin with nrmal utput. Yu can carry ut the setting by turning the hexagnal (utside) screw f the gas valve. If yu turn it t the right (inside), the pressure f gas increases, if t the left, it decreases. Pull ff ne f the cnnectrs f the mdulatin cil f the gas valve, and set the pressure value belnging t the decreased utput. Yu can carry this ut by twisting the medium, grved-head screw. The value f this is determined by lcal features. Recmmended value: between 5 and 8 mbar. Attentin, the cnnectin leg pulled ff might be live, s it must nt be tuched as it may cause electric shck! After calibratin, place back the cnnectr. 2, In the event f tw gas valves: Open ne f the valves t the maximum (turn the hexagnal screw as far as it ges, then a quarter-turn back), then set the gas pressure n the secnd valve t the value specified - n the basis f 100% utput - when the display f the device indicates peratin with nrmal utput. Pull ff ne f the cnnectrs f the mdulatin cil f bth gas valves, and set the pressure value belnging t the decreased utput n the secnd (ancillary) valve. If, during the calibratin, yu cannt decrease the value f gas pressure sufficiently, calibratin is t be cmpleted n the first valve. The value f this is determined by lcal features. Recmmended value: between 5 and 8 mbar. Attentin, the cnnectin leg pulled ff might be live, s it must nt be tuched as it may cause electric shck! 24 Twist back the clsing screw f the gas valve. Turn ff the gas device, remve the gage and clse dwn the measuring stud f the gas cllectr. Turn n the gas device, after lighting up, check the cmpactness f gas alng the full gas line. SWITCHING TO OTHER TYPES OF GAS During prductin, the bilers were manufactured and calibrated fr natural gas type G20. Switching the device t anther type f gas and its gastechnical calibratin can nly be carried ut by the prfessinal service statin! Switching t anther type f gas, e.g. G30 (prpane) requires the fllwing steps: The replacement f nzzles Remve the dr f the biler Screw ut the nzzles frm the cllectr and in their place screw in the nzzles f the sizes in harmny with the gas type. Use the washers! Gas-technical regulatin After the replacement f the nzzle, carry ut the gas pressure calibratin f the nzzles in the manner described in the chapter entitled The calibratin f the gas burner. When calibrating the device fr anther gas type, the size f the nzzle and the value f gas pressure are t be the same as the values specified in the table intrduced abve! Check the cmpactness f the whle pipe system. 25 THE CLEANING OF THE BOILER The exterir husing f the biler can be cleaned with a sft, wet clth dampened with detergent. In case f stubbrn siling, remval can be executed with a clth dampened in the mixture f 50% denaturated alchl and water. It is frbidden t use paint r ther, aggressive thinners! Yu will have access t the inside parts after the remval f the dr and the lid. If the instrument bx is t be remved, it can be pulled ut in B directin (frward) after the snaps marked with A have been released. T remve the gas burner, release flare nut number 1, then, after the twisting ut f screws 2 f the burner tray, it can be lifted ut frward. The remved burners can be cleaned, and the inside surface f the cast heat exchanger becmes accessible. Check the cleanness f the surfaces f the heatexchanger and if yu can find settled st, clean it.
