2 2 SAFETY & SUPERVISION: You are required to sign your child in on arrival and sign them out on departure for both the rehearsals. There will be a sign in table under the supervision. Once signed in, your child is to wait with the supervising teacher until the whole class is escorted to the stage area. Please refer to the schedule for arrival & departure times. THE COSTUMES ARE NOT TO KEEP SO CHILDREN MUST CHANGE OUT OF THEIR COSTUME BEFORE LEAVING THE THEATRE. ALL BRIGHTSPARKS SING OUT LOUD AND ACT UP STUDENTS ARE TO WEAR THE FOLLOWING TO ALL REHEARSALS AND SHOW: GIRLS: Black long length leggings with their Brightsparks T-Shirt (please label with your child s name) BOYS: Black shorts or pants with their Brightsparks T-Shirt (please label with your child s name) BRIGHTSPARKS DANCE STUDENTS ARE TO WEAR THE FOLLOWING ON ARRIVAL TO ALL REHEARSALS AND SHOW: MUSICAL THEATRE DANCE: Black Leotard, black dance shorts, black jazz shoes HIP HOP: GIRLS: Black Leotard, black dance shorts and sports shoe (sneaker or otherwise). BOYS: Black singlet top and sport shoe (sneaker or otherwise). MAKEUP: Girls - Foundation, mascara, red lipstick and rouge for cheeks Boys - Foundation, mascara and rouge for cheeks Note: We know boys don't like wearing makeup but please encourage them as without it they ll look very washed out on stage. HAIR Girls as specified by the teacher (according to their role in the performance) Boys as specified by the teacher (according to their role in the performance)

The right coloumn stipulates what time they need to arrive and what time they need to depart. * Please take special note if your child does more than one Brightsparks class to ensure they are there for all rehearsal times required. 7 7 PARTICIPATION/COSTUME FEE: This will be included in your term 4 fees, including any extra costumes required for your child. The fee for the concert is $120 per child (incl. GST) This includes: 1 x costume hire = $55 1 x participation fee = $65 (to cover cost of the hall hire, sound equip, staff and administration costs) EXTRA COSTUME FEE: $45 (incl. GST) If your child does 2 or more Brightsparks classes ON DIFFERENT DAYS, they will require 2 costumes. Therefore you will be charged for an extra costume. This does NOT apply to those students who do both Sing Out Loud and Act Up classes. TICKET PRICES: All Tickets: $25 (incl. GST) Infants (3 and under): Free if not occupying a seat. If occupying a seat: $25 (incl. GST) HOW TO BUY TICKETS: Ticket can be purchased via the link on our website Go to the Events Tab, Scroll down to Events and click on Book Now. They will be available from 5/10/15. Seats will be allocated.
