The next meeting will be March 3, COUNTY SHOW NEWS The County Livestock Show was a great success. Our leaders, parents, volunteers, donors, 4-H members and exhibitors should be applauded for all their hard work and giving. None of this is possible without each of you. County Show Checks County Checks will be distributed in early March. Details will be in the March newsletter. As a reminder, all money owed must be paid in full in order to receive your check. You must also have your Buyers Thank You note completed and a copy or proof given to the office. CONCESSION STAND The Concession Stand was once again our largest fundraising effort. We had another record setting profit year. Our estimated profits for this year is $ The money raised supports our youth in local and district events by providing supplies and entry fees. Without this fundraising effort, we could not support our youth. Because of a combined effort in our community we were able to gather up 564 donated bottles of drink to sell. A total of 23 different community members and business owners stepped up and took the challenge to help me and 4H facilitate leadership projects for the upcoming year by donating food for the concession stand. Next year as I continue to grow donor relationships within our community we are looking to see great changes in leadership as you take ownership in the 2015 Stock Show Concession Stand. Many thanks go out to our parents, volunteers, committee members and the 4- H members for your efforts in making this a success. A complete report will be given at the March Parents & Leaders meeting.
