1 Healesville Pony Club Dressage Day Saturday 25 th March 2017 Grade 3 5 Rosettes: - 1st to 6th place for each test Grade 3 5 Dressage Jackpot: - Rug for the overall winner in each grade (rider must compete in two tests of the same grade on the same horse) Healesville Pony Club Don Road Sporting Complex (Melway Map 278 H5.) Parking attendants will be on hand. Please note all parking is in the grounds of the Complex and is not secure. Contact organising officials if the unloading or loading of horses in a secure area is required. Gates open at 7am. Open riders need to provide their liability declaration form with proof of insurance OR complete a day participant waiver form and pay $ Gear Check is required before the first test only, unless gear is changed, 2 nd gear check will then be required. Riders to be gear checked and ready to ride 20 minutes before their allocated time. Medical armbands are compulsory for all riders. Please clear up hay and manure and take with you - Thank you Strictly no dogs allowed on the Pony Club grounds. Strictly no riding on Cross country area No Lunging Canteen facilities available on the day: Operating from 8.00am for Bacon and Egg Sandwiches & Coffee Raffle: Lots of Horsey goodies to choose from! $2 a ticket or 3 for $5.

Entry Fee is $31.00 for either test or $51.00 for both tests (Grade 3 5) Open riders need to provide proof of Ins. or pay $ PCAV club member cards must be inspected at the secretary s office before riding. 3. No refunds after the closing date, unless accompanied by a vet or medical certificate. 4. Please note an administration fee of $10.00 will be deducted. 5. Entering this competition constitutes acknowledgement that PCAV rules apply and your acceptance of these rules. 6. The organising committee reserves the right to cancel any class or competition; divide any class; alter any times; refuse any entry with or without stating a reason. 7. All riders must wear complying helmets At least one of the complying standards: AS/NZS 3838, EN1384/VG01.040, ASTMF1163, PAS015. Manufacture date up to and including 2015, VG01.040, (helmets may carry both EN1384 & VG1 marks) Refer PCA Helmet Standards notice January 2017 for full details.gear Check: All grades require gear check before each test. 8. Medical armbands are required to be worn by all competitors. 9. Queries, protests, horse abuse, as per the PCAV Handbook of By-Laws. 10. Dogs prohibited without exception. 11. No Stallions, Colts or Rigs. 12. Competitor numbers the organising committee will preallocate and advise of numbers. Competitors must supply their own numbers and holders. Bridle or saddlecloth numbers must be placed on both sides of the horse. 13. PCAV alcohol policy applies. 14. Neither the organising committee of this competition nor the PCAV accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground spectators or any other person or property. 15.
