32 8 This month, the lamb average price in EU for heavy and light carcases reached a more satisfactory level. The lamb average price for light carcases is still at a relatively low level compared to the last three years. The price follows the regular trend after Easter and Orthodox Easter. With feed prices currently expected to be hopefully lower, producer profitability may increase in respect to recent months. Offer should be modulated for not making the price falling. More export destinations should be explored. 32
