Brilliant preparation for your Pony Club Tests and Area Competitions over the Summer months. The cost for Camp will be per child, this includes all Instruction, all meals, evening activities, stabling, straw bedding, hay or haylage. Detailed lists of what you need to bring will be given out at pre-camp rally. VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE ENSURE YOUR HORSE/PONY FLU VACINATIONS ARE UP TO DATE. IF THEY ARE NOT YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO COME TO CAMP. YOU STILL HAVE TIME TO GET THEM CORRECT ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CONTACT ALISON OR DONNA. Prior to the 2/3 phase event we purchased seven portable Cross Country Fences from DK Rustix - Hay cart (1m) Bed (1m/85cm) Barrel Skinny (85cm) Corner (85cm ) Roll Top ( 85cm ) Chair (85cm ) & Tyre Fence ( 70cm ). These are now Branch assets and will be used for XC Training & Competitions.

5 Eligibility for Area Competitions 1. Membership completed and paid before 31 st January. New members before 31 st March 2. Each member & pony/horse must attend three rallies since July 2013, camp counts as one rally only. 3. Please refer to rule books for all information as well as required dress code for qualifiers and finals and also correct saddlery and tack requirements. 4. If you ride using spurs and have not yet completed your B Test, you must have your Pony Club membership card signed by Donna or Alison before taking part in Area Competitions.
