2 CARNIVAL RULES The Carnival will be conducted under NSWNA Carnival Guidelines 1. Players must be registered members of NNSW Ltd. 2. Players shall wear the registered uniform of their Association as well as positional patches. 3. No jewellery to be worn. Taping of nails, earrings and bangles is not permitted. 4. The rules regarding substitution, injury and illness and blood will apply. No extra time is played. 5. Winning team to return score sheet to control IMMEDIATELY after the game. 6. The carnival will be conducted on a point score basis. Should teams finish on equal points, the goal average will be taken into consideration to determine the winner. The goal average for each team shall be decided as under:- GOALS SCORED X 100 GOALS AGAINST MATCHES ACTUALLY PLAYED SCORE SHEETS - Are on the courts and ready to use. At the completion of the game winning team is to please return score board to the centre of the court and return completed score sheet to control. UMPIRES System is Umpire Your Own. TROPHIES Team trophies will be presented to the winning team in each division years TIMING Central Timing will be used. Games will be 2 x 12 minute halves with 1 x minute at half time and 5 x minutes between games. Please note: There is only 5 minutes between each round so teams are asked to move quickly on and off the courts. PHYSIO A Physio is on duty at BHSNA Administration Building. BHSNA Ltd will not be responsible for any injuries incurred. CANTEEN Full canteen facilities both hot and cold and a BBQ are available. Barista coffee is available in the canteen with options of full, skim, soy, decaf, flavours and hot chocolate RUBBISH- Bags will be given to each team upon registering on morning of Carnival. 4 TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN Please note there are 2 entrances to our Car Park, Wellgate Ave (High use) and Swift Parrot Close (Back gate, low traffic volume). Wellgate Ave access is shared with many other local facilities eg. Soccer fields, AFL fields, churches and schools please DO NOT park in their grounds. The main intersection of Wellgate/Commercial and Withers rd. will be very busy on arrival and departure, use the back gate if possible. CARS ARRIVING AND PARKING: FROM PARRAMATTA 1. Travel along Windsor rd turn RIGHT into Samantha Riley Drive. Turn left into Hezlett Rd, left into Withers rd, right onto Applegum cres, left on to Swift Parrot Close. VERY LOW TRAFFIC VOLUME ROUTE with entrance to back gate of the car park. 2. Travel along Windsor rd turn RIGHT into Commercial rd at the Mean Fiddler, continue through the next set of lights into Wellgate ave. HIGHT TRAFFIC VOLUME ROUTE 3. Travel along Windsor rd turn RIGHT into Samantha Riley Drive. Left onto Sanctuary Drive at 3 rd Roundabout turn Right into Hotham ave, then left onto The Parkway, Follow that rd that turns into Mungerie rd, go through the roundabout being Applegum cres, left on to Swift Parrot Close. VERY LOW TRAFFIC VOLUME ROUTE with entrance to back gate of the car park. 4. From Withers rd cars can be parked down Iron Bark Ridge rd which is just near the High School and local primary school. FROM WINDSOR 1. Travel along Windsor rd, turn left onto Annangrove rd then right onto Withers rd, then Left onto Wellgate ave. OR follow Withers rd t the roundabout at Applegum close, turn left into Swift Parrot close. VERY LOW TRAFFIC VOLUME ROUTE with entrance to back gate of the car park. 2. Travel along Windsor rd, Left into Commercial rd at The Mean Fiddler, follow the rd into Wellgate ave, front entrance. HIGHT TRAFFIC VOLUME ROUTE COACHES AND BUSES ARRIVING AND PARKING Please enter and exit via Commercial rd and Wellgate Ave. Please follow directions of RFS. DISABLED PARKING Enter Via the IN gate and you will be directed into the designated areas PLEASE CONSIDER OUR NEIGHBOURS AND DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY ACCESS OR PARK ON THE GRASS Thank you for your assistance
