Through Food & Nutrition projects, youth learn how to make healthy food choices, improve energy and alertness and gain knowledge of nutrients. This is a fund raising event organized by the Pecos County 4-H Parents & Adult Leaders Association. Proceeds collected from the booth sales will benefit the Pecos County 4-H Clubs. September 2011
