13 General Livestock Exhibitor Information All Exhibits are required to have pen signs. Some 4-H and FFA members make their own. These just need to identify your livestock and stalls. You can include your club/chapter information, animal names, weights, etc The Junior Livestock Committee will have stall cards available on Clean up Day if you would rather use those! Clean up day will be Saturday, Sept 15 at 8:00am! You ll need a shovel and brooms and maybe a wheel barrow to clean and bed your pens! Exhibitors are welcome to bring towels to wipe off the pipe pens. Livestock Exhibitors Please remember when cleaning your pens during the fair that sand should not be placed in the trash pull carts. It makes them too heavy to empty. There is a place available near the roll off for your used sand. Please be sure you are aware of areas that are off limits to the livestock. August 2018 Page 13
