The Edwards County Fair Association reserves to its Board of Directors the right to finally determine the application of any rule herein published and further to amend or add any special rules for the conduct of said Fair that may be deemed necessary and expedient. In no event, shall the Edwards County Fair Association or K-State Research and Extension, Edwards County, its officers, directors, or members of staff, be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or person while on the Fairgrounds. The Fair Board will meet each day of the fair at 5:00 p.m.
