Stewads of Stewat (SOS) is an all-voluntee, 501(c)(3) non-pofit oganization authoized by the NYS DEC to do tail maintenance, clea blow-downs, etc. in Stewat State Foest. Stewat State Foest adjoins Stewat Aipot in New Windso, Oange County, NY. The 6,700-aces of Stewat State Foest ae unique in the notheast and inceasingly ae in the Hudson Valley. A mix of wetlands, fields and foest, the site includes 18 miles of gavel oads and moe than 22 miles of majo tails fo hiking, biking, hoseback iding, hunting, dog taining and tials, skiing, snowmobiling, bid watching and fishing.
