4 Rock Hill tics Cente Wate Aeobics Schedule Octobe 2017 Low Impact: The goal of these classes is to aid in impoving flexibilit, balance, and stength with the use of wate weights, pool noodles, and natual esistance. In this low impact class ou will be stetching and toning muscles fo oveall fitness. This is a geat class fo those etuning to execise afte an illness o inju o those expeiencing athitic pain. Aeobics: The goal of these classes is to aid in impoving flexibilit, balance, and stength with the use of wate weights, pool noodles, and natual esistance. Become acquainted with wate walking and execises in ou wam wate pool. Reduced stess on joints will allow ou to tone and stengthen while inceasing ou ange of motion. We will focus on movements to impove coodination and balance. This is a geat class fo those etuning to execise afte an illness o inju. Each one of the classes we offe ae fun wam wate wokout that allow paticipants to wok at thei own level. es include walking wam-ups, inteval taining, and muscula stengthening and toning. These classes will have to incease stamina, stength, and flexibilit in a fun social envionment! Rock Hill tics Cente Instuctos Lisa Deal: Lisa teaches the 8am Aeobics class on Fidas. She has been teaching at RHAC since 2008! Lisa is also ou lifeguad instucto taine and cetifies almost eve emploee in the building in CPR, AED, and Fist Aid.
