3 Project Background SF Recreation and Parks Department (RPD) recently completed the renovation of the SF Marina West Harbor BCDC (Bay Conservation and Development Commission) permit requires a community outreach process to evaluate the Bay Trail alignment along Marina Blvd. between Scott and Baker Streets RPD asked DPW to lead the outreach effort which will consist of a series of community meetings this fall and winter San Francisco Making San Francisco a beautiful, vibrant, and sustainable city.
